The unit offers 3 floors of living space, 3 beds, 3.5 baths, and an open concept kitchen/ living area ideal for entertaining/ family time. The ground floor features a spacious sitting area, TV, a dining space, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, tea pot, coffee machine, dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, and much more, even a bread-maker! Upper-level features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers plenty of space and comes with a comfy king-size bed, walk-in closet and European style en-suite bathroom, a glass walk-in steam shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet. Second bedroom features a new queen-size bed, closet, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and bidet toilet. The upstairs also offers an easily accessible laundry room with a washing and drying machine. The basement features an additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, business area, spacious game room, comfortable sitting area, small fridge, books, and games. You can enjoy your morning outside, in a sunny beautiful front area. Our property is quiet, safe, and suitable for families with kids of all ages (including babies/ infants). You will find everything you need to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. If needed the property offers a baby bath, baby gates, changing table, high chair, a pack-and-play, kids’ cups and plates. The property is in close proximity to a playground, walking paths, and stunning views of the downtown skyline. Families with kids are welcome! The property is also ideal for remote workers, featuring High Speed WIFI, a printer, desk, numerous power outlets, a comfortable chair, pens, stapler, and sticky notes. We accept well trained/behaved pets but limit pets acceptance to hypoallergenic non shedding pets. We all know how problematic pet hair and dander can be for pet-allergic guests. No matter how much you scrub, dust and vacuum, it's not possible to completely remove pet allergens from a house. The property is well insulated to ensure guests won't be bothered by traffic or street noise. Parking: Guest parking is located in the back alley, right behind the unit. The garage is available upon request ONLY. Street parking is FREE and preferred for larger groups. IMPORANT NOTE: 11am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) Kensington Road is restricted to 2-hour parking and NO restrictions on weekends/holidays. Please provide car plate # and province to register to park outfront. Amenities: Easily accessible walking/biking paths along the Bow River, lazy river rafting during summer, and many public parks. The property includes an outdoor sitting area, barbecue, and patio lights. House Rules: NO PARTIES. QUIET HOURS designated from 9PM TO 7 AM - CALGARY BYLAWS. Must be 28 y.o. to be able to book the place. All guests spending the night must be authorized-registered and approved by host. Unauthorized visitors will result in a $200 fine. Self-Check-in with lockbox: 4:00PM. Checkout: 11:00 a.m. No smoking Make sure the fire place is off before you go to bed or leave the premise. Please treat the property the same way you treat yours. This was a family reunion to attend the wedding of one of my son. We were three couples. The place is well located, the unit was perfect for us to prepare for the wedding. The kitchen well equipped with everything you need to cook.

Quick cons: there were a few random papers in washroom corners and what looked like chewing gum (washed and dried) on the cover of the living room sofa.
This did not detract in any way from the pros:The place was spacious and stylish, with bedrooms and bathrooms just like the photos. The Kensington area has lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy walk to the Peace Bridge and downtown Calgary, short drives to the airport and activities (karting in Olympic Park, lazy river rafting).
In all, a perfect place for our family trip!

This place was better than expected! Each room had it’s own bathroom and there is plenty of room in the living room and basement to hang out. The beds/pillows were very comfy.
They did have some baby items available in the house which was a pro since we were traveling with a 1.5 year old.
The house was very clean and check-in/check-out were quick and simple. They do have 1 parking spot in the back and finding parking on the streets around the house was fairly easy.
Maria was friendly and quick to communicate when needed.
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

For first our visit to Calgary we found the property had easy access to sites. Nicely spacious, with quiet lower level for oldest daughter. Surprised by only one TV, yet we never watched, so wasn't an issue.

This was a nice place to stay for one night A lot of construction across the street so hard to walk to our restaurant but we figured it out.
Had a few questions for the owner that were not answered quickly but again, we figured things out and got by.
Outside area needed some attention..grass a bit long, flowers wilted in outside patio area.

Great as was close to foothills. Parking was not as described and had to maneuver the alley (it was closed at one end and the alley was two blocks long). No numbers in the back and someone was in the stall all our stay.

I stayed here with a couple friends and we had a blast. Beautiful neighborhood on Kensington street with so much stuff within walking distance. Beds were amazing and able to cook up a storm in the well stocked kitchen. Thanks for having us!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Larisa’s property. For starters, the property is located in close to downtown in a really cool and vibrant neighborhood. The property was really close to shops, bars, and restaurants. As someone who frequently visits Calgary for work I always try to stay in the Kensington area because is the perfect combination of business and pleasure. It's close to Bow River which I love for my evening jogs. The property is really spacious, clean, and in great condition. The unit was stocked with fresh towels, extra blankets, and lots of cleaning products. Larisa’s attention to detail and décor is fantastic! Between the furniture, wall mounted fireplace, and comfy bed this place felt like an extension of my place. You can tell Larisa is someone who takes pride in this property and treats it like a business not just a hobby. Larisa was friendly to deal with and quick to reply to any questions we had. I would recommend this property to any visiting Calgary or looking for a weekend get away.

Larisa was a beyond a great host and easy to communicate with. I would like to thank her personally for leaving the house very clean and made it feel like home, if I needed any help she would text me in seconds. Loved the neighborhood, very beautiful. Overall would love to stay there again!

This townhouse is described as "very quiet" and family friendly. It's not. It's on a busy road and there is constant loud traffic noise. The property is in a lively area. We were treated to drunks yelling obscenities throughout the night. My wife only got a couple hours sleep, mainly due to load traffic noise but drunken revelry didn't help. There were also issues with cleanliness. The bathtub clearly hadn't been cleaned. Rotten food was left under the sink. We were expected to use used bars of soap. We were told that there was ample parking and that we could use a parking spot in the alley. This wasn't the case and we had to park a block a way. The "clean towels" on offer were stuffed in a ball in the cupboard making us wonder if they were in fact clean. When we complained to the host, she acted as if we were exaggerating and took no responsibility. For $500-600/night we expected a lot more.

Great communication with host. Property was excellent and well equipped. Larisa purchased infant necessities before our arrival. Close to restaurants, river walks and the city. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again when in Calgary.

Great Townhouse, great locations
Larisa was great to deal with and it is an excellent property, well cared for and clean. The location is near downtown and near the highway. Neighborhood is walkable, great restaurants and shops. Transit is easy to access as well. Two small issues - the stove top was not clean when we arrived and the BBQ and fire pit had no gas, so we were unable to use them. Would stay there again if in Calgary with the family.
