If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This stay was great for renewal and relaxation. Lots of privacy and outdoor spaces to enjoy the views. The cabin felt like a home with Texas character. Great location for a drive to San Marcos and Greene. Our only issue was spotty internet. and that was not a problem for us. .

The cabin is nice and clean. However, the hot tub was set at 117 degrees when we arrived with only 1 jet working. We tried to turn it down and could not. I tried to contact customer service by texting as instructed via email and received no response. It’s disappointing the hot tub was too hot because we solely booked that cabin for the hot tub use. Additionally the house needs some upgrades that the owner should consider. The home needs throw blankets for when it’s colder or to sit on the couch. The one upstairs has holes all in it so not useable. We did not find another blanket. The hot tub needs MAJOR cleaning. The cleaning tablets were not in the hot tub, the skimmer was in moldy water on the deck, the buttons didn’t work to turn jets on or off or change temperature. The house needs clear instructions on who to contact with issues. The number doesn’t work obviously. On our second night the hot tub temperature finally decreased to 103 but that’s when the jet quit and we saw all the trash and bugs in it and by the filter. I would recommend a new hot tub cleaning crew and some maintenance on the tub. Again day 2 of a house with a hot tub was a bust. Disappointed in those items. I’d also recommend providing a bug zapper or citronella candle so you can comfortably sit outside without using tons of bug spray. Thanks.

The ease of booking and access. Good communication at time of reservation confirmation and as actual date approached. Gate codes and building code supplied - directions a little confusing; but, we found it!

This was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. The rental process was seamless. Cabin was clean and as described. We had a great time !

My friends and I stayed here for a baby shower held in Dripping Springs and it was very spacious and conveniently located. It’s quiet and relaxing with a beautiful view of the hillside. Our favorite part was having a hot cup of coffee on the large deck and enjoying our woodsy surroundings. Oh did I mention there is a hot tub?

We enjoyed staying in this cabin for our recent girls getaway. We loved the back porch with all the rocking chairs and the scenic view. The cabin is comfortable and a good place for a small group to gather. It's also not a long drive from the main shopping areas in Wimberley.
