You have a fresh outside green with blue sky view. The building is over 100 years old and new homeowners are updating rapidly to bring a better value to our customers. On occasion there are inconveniences so please be patient through our progress. We will also provide a key fob to the building. If not returned, a $50 fee will be applied for not returning. We provide beach towels and chairs in the suite. We welcome your feed back in making all guests feel comfortable.
