This corner unit is in the Historical Palm Beach Hotel & Condominium. Freshly renovated, King size adjustable bed, Welcome to the "Captain’s Suite" King Studio Suite, this suite is in the historic Palm Beach Hotel is just a few min. walk to the beach, (grab our beach towels and go have some fun in the sun). World class restaurants (PB Catch next door- Trevini, Henry's and Lola half block away) with the only Publix grocery/pharmacy store in Palm Beach Island, which is literally across the street, Palm Beach Day Spa (massage, manicure and facial etc.), barber shop, shoe repair and other shops are located in the building. The complex has a heated pool, 24 Hr Front-Desk, laundry room, the Breakers and Mar-A - Lago within 10 minutes driving distance. Welcome to the BEST location in all of Palm Beach! This King Studio Suite condo has been renovated but please keep in mind the building has more of a circa 1925 feel as in a registered historical landmark with tons of charm and in the best location in all of Palm Beach with just 15 minutes from the WPB airport. The Suite is equipped: - King bed (adjustable) -Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer -Fresh towels – including beach towels. We supply two sets of fresh towels per stay. There is coin operated laundry room in the building for your convenience. - Keurig coffee machine with a few of K-cups for starters - Refrigerator, Toaster, Microwave, Utensils & Dishware/Silverware - HD Cable Smart TV - Wi-Fi in unit and throughout building - AC - Dehumidifier that you control - Iron and mini iron board - Hair Dryer All you need are your belongings! Covid 19 requirements; all visitors/guests to our building will be required to comply with state mandated Covid protocols. Important Note; Regarding Cleaning. For the safety of our guests and cleaners. Your unit will be made up with clean sheets and towels when you arrive and will have been properly cleaned following protocols for Covid-19. There is a laundry room in the building and Publix shopping market across the street, for supplies should you need it. If you want cleaning it may be able to be arranged but will be an additional charge and there will be safety procedures the cleaners will need to follow. Please ask for details. ***Important Note; if you are staying more than seven days there will be additional cleaning charges based on the stay and your needs. Covid 19 requirements; all visitors/guests to our building will be required to comply with state mandated Covid protocols. The Hotel was built in 1925, and as with any glorious old building, new owners, like myself including new management are eagerly involved with the revitalization of this historic grand building. Please be patient with us during any minor inconveniences as we upgrade the building. On occasion there maybe a minor inconvenience in our renovation. Room is as appears in listing. Could use a few touch ups here at there, new shower head ect, but no big deal. The hall ways of this old hotel are really quite bad, very strong musky smell made worse by automatic air fresher in the halls that spray a strong cover scent. The elevator was out for the length of my stay, being on the second floor it made no real difference to me. The area to store your bag is only semi-secure, it’s a roped off area by the main entrance of the lobby, if the front desk clerk isn’t at the desk the area is open to everyone in the building. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my expensive luggage there, and opted to take it with me as my flight got in well before check in, a bit of a nuisance. At one point the police were in the lobby escorting an older man out of the lobby. (seemingly harmless, acting weird , but trespassing ) lots of police presence which is a good thing. The area feels very safe. At the end of the day this is what you get for the price paid to be on Palm beach - you get what you pay for. The location is an absolute 10/10, everything else is not.

My husband and I were in Florida for two weeks visiting family and friends, put 1200 miles on the rental car. Josh and Maria were great hosts when we were in Palm Beach for three nights. We would highly recommend. Great location, nice, fluffy towels. Prompt communication with the hosts.

Booked a solo trip for myself my sister end up joining, perfect location and room for 2! Big enough bedroom to move around, a kitchenette and a little sitting table.. got up and jogged to the beach every morning, walking about 5 minutes.. So close! There are fancy restaurants all within walking distance, a pharmacy/store/ Old timy diner across the street as well as a Publix grocery store. Great price for the location! Had to fly into fort Lauderdale no direct flights from houston, but only an hour drive easy..

Beautiful room. Great towels, bed linens, beach chairs etc. Valet staff, front desk, housekeeping all extremely pleasant 😊 Lots of sunshine and privacy not the best view but that made for privacy and the sun to shine through. If you are going to be arriving early ask about the early check in ahead of time. It will be well worth it. Thank you for a great stay.

We decided to take a long weekend in late January - perfect time to leave CT. This unit is in a great location. Lots of things to do and fine restaurants nearby - gorgeous beach 2 blocks away. Unit is small - clean and very nice - just very little room. Perfect if you are out and about - as we were.
