Situated in Madeira Beach, this attractive condo for £114 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Brand new Madeira Bay Resort I Unit #1605 is in the heart of Madeira Beach. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo with queen sleeper sofa in living room can sleep up to six guests. Beautiful waterway views upon entering this condo, from the Master bedroom and the walk out balcony. Some great items included with rental are full amenities in the kitchen, washer/dryer, (beach chairs, beach towels), free Wi-Fi, shared heated pool, hot tub and fitness room. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is just a few blocks away. There are also plenty of places to visit in our local surrounding area. The Master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, waterway views from the double windows and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Guest bedroom features a bunk bed with twin sized mattresses on top and bottom and a full bathroom with a stand up shower. Washer and dryer combo are in the hallway. The living room is in the middle of the condo with a Queen size sleeper sofa, nice sitting area, TV, ceiling fan and waterway views. There is also a sliding door in the living room that opens to a balcony with sitting area. Kitchen has all things to cook your meals, including pots, pans, serveware, blender, coffee pot, bakeware, dishwasher and large refrigerator/freezer. There is a breakfast bar that seats two and a four top dining set. Bonus amenities are a communal heated pool, hot tub and fitness center. House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. Adhere to the local noise ordinance that starts at 9 pm. 5. Rinse off and return all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. Parking: This unit has 1 reserved parking space. There is no guest parking. This property is in an ideal location as it sits right on the Intracoastal waterway and beach access is directly across the street. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is also a short walk away. There you will find an abundance of retail shops, sweet shops, experiences, restaurants, bars and watersport rentals. Our surrounding area has a lot to offer: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, Busch Gardens, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.

Clean nice place. Great location. Enjoyed marina view. Communication was a little slow during stay. Deck furniture needs replaced. 2nd bedroom is nice for sleeping but no real room for luggage. Pool and hot tub small. Watch for flooding in parking ramp if it rains.

We loved the location and views. Master en-suite was nice. Second bedroom had a bunk bed with a trundle bed at the bottom, trundle frame was apparently sprung and not usable. Patio furniture was old and stained. Dish washer was not operating. Multiple remotes for tv’s with no instructions how to use. Floors were not clean. Sorry for the negative review but really expected better for the price paid.

The condo was very clean. Loved that we could walk to Johns Pass and the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The closet was stocked with beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to put it all in. I would recommend and would come back!

We have stayed in this unit before and it was great. That is why we returned for this year. The water pressure in the master bathroom was very low. The apartment smelled had a weird odor-we thought it was maybe garbage disposal -but ran dish soap down drain and it didn't help. Inside kitchen drawers/cupboards needed cleaning. The bed in the second room-was uncomfortable -two mattress together that kept separating when trying to sleep. The bed frame mattress latts were dirty with pieces of dirt and dust. The sliding glass door to the patio was difficult to open and close. Sad to say we will not stay there again.

Condo is in a great location. It is walking distance from John’s Pass, the beach, and several restaurants. Also very security with indoor access code needed for elevators.

The property was perfect for my family, friend and me. It was clean, great choice of bedding and towels, and outstanding view. Overall, very pleased with our vacation experience during our stay here. Will be back!!!

This was such a wonderful get away for our family! We enjoyed our stay. It was so close to the beach and we enjoyed our view of the inner canal. If i had to even think of anything to complain about it would be not having hand soap in bathroom & no dish towels. That was not a deal breaker for us we made do. We will definitely staying here again someday!

There was really only one issue with the carpet where it met the tile in the kitchen. There were some Nails sticking up right around that area and although it'd been addressed it was never fixed. Other than that it was an excellent enjoyable stay.

Property was nice, convenient. Mattress needs to be updated, alittle lumpy. Problems with tv staying on, satellite cable not working good. Everything you need in kitchen. Beautiful view.

Excellent location just north of John's Pass shopping area. Easy access to beach across the street. Extremely clean unit. Building has onsite parking garage and uses keypad for building entry providing great safety and security. We had a great stay and will not hesitate to return.

I cannot say enough great things about this condo, the accommodations, and the location. The owner was excellent to work with and very prompt in replying when I had questions. I had my 16 & 14 year old sons, and my 20 year old daughter. We were there for my 16 year olds baseball tournament. The location could not have been anymore perfect. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The second bedroom is very small, however, the bunk bed is why it made it so small. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
