Guest Access: **4 bedrooms** Main floor- 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen Sized bed, and 1 Full Sized bed, in each bedroom 1 bathroom in the hallway past kitchen (bathtub & shower combination) Kitchen -equipped with all new stainless steel appliances dishwasher, gas stove/oven/microwave, full sized fridge Laundry room space - 2 front load washer and dryer Basement- 1 bedroom- 1 Full Sized bed Upstairs / Second Floor- King Sized bedroom with own walk in closet and bathroom (shower stall) Backyard- Fully Fenced for privacy and patio dining option with table & 4 chairs The Neighborhood: Enjoy the charming neighborhood of Historic Benson. Many homes with character surround the home, not to mention very pet friendly! it is easy to walk down the alley to the closest coffee shop. Below are the local businesses nearby. You are walking distance to most things in the neighborhood: (All along Maple Street) * Hardy Coffee * Yoshitomo * Taco Co * Ted & Wallys Ice Cream * Benson Brewery *Waiting Room Lounge *1912 Benson * Beercade * Walgreens Other Things to Note: There will be non-refundable pet fee for guests who wish to bring their pet (dogs only for now), please when requesting to book, let me know of your pet's information, breed, age of dog and current flea/tick medication regimen. There is a fee of $10 per day per pet. After reviewing the info you provide me I may or may not be able to host you and your furry friend/family member.

Home worked out great for our 3 night stay.

Wonderful old-fashioned home. Decorated nicely and clean. Stocked with the necessities you need. The wi-fi was a little weak but not a bother. We did walk to the coffee shop down the ally. All in all a great place to stay and will probably stay there again if needed. The host was very easy to get a hold of, and friendly. Thank you Vrbo.

We came from two different states and met for a wedding. The house was great for what we needed. Nice little coffee shop down the alley. Suggestions, bring some pillows if you like something a little softer. And the top level has a heater, you’ll want to use it. Very nice place to stay.

We had everything we needed. 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, fenced area for our dog, and so much more. We plan to stay here again.

We stayed here for state wrestling and had plenty of room for all 7 of us. Huge snow the day of the check-in made the driveway a challenge, but the owner went out of her way to make sure it was plowed before we arrived. Normally it wouldn’t be a problem at all. The king bed was very comfortable.

The location was great as the party was just a couple blocks away. Loved having the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Beds were comfortable.

We took a friends trip to Omaha for a concert and stayed for 3 nights. Joanne was so sweet and responds to texts very quickly. The house is adorable and has all of the amenities you really need. We had a blast and the location of the house made it even better!

Took my in-laws to the zoo and gardens. Everyone had their own space in the house, and plenty of space to gather in the kitchen in the morning, and the living room and dining room in the evening. Very clean and super cute. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants - very handy when you’ve had enough of the in-laws! Would definitely stay here and recommend it to others, but I suggest leaving the in-laws at home!

Fun Benson neighborhood in Omaha. Walking distance to everything. Gas grill would've been nice. But had everything else we needed/wanted for fun weekend.

We had a great experience. Adorable house, plenty of space, easy to get to and from places we wanted to go and perfect place to hang out and relax. Only criticism would be lack of communication regarding check in and out via email/app. Normally information would be available prior to check in, but after trying to call a couple of times, sent and text to get check in info, once that response came we were good to go. So not a huge deal, just not the experience I’ve been used to.

I couldn't have asked for a better place! The communication was great from the start. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were comfortable and inviting. Our teens took advantage if the games and it was great fun. The neighborhood has so much to offer with many unique shops and restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely ge returning!

The house is old but the owner has done a great job updating it. A couple things to be aware of... the floors creak so once someone is awake everyone will be and the stairs are a little steeper than modern houses. We highly recommend the ice cream shop around the corner!

The house is old but the owner has done a great job updating it. A couple things to be aware of... the floors creak so once someone is awake everyone will be and the stairs are a little steeper than modern houses. We highly recommend the ice cream shop around the corner!

A great location to explore the fun area of Benson. Beer, pizza, sushi, ice cream and shops. The house was older but the inside was redone and comfortable.

This is a great property. Great neighborhood. We were centrally located to every place we needed to go. House is very comfortable. Owner was great and easy to communicate with. Fenced in yard was great for our dogs. Nice little coffee shop a block away.
