Very nice property loaded with all the “extras” you need when traveling. We had great communication with the owners. It was very clean, and we felt very comfortable here. Truly one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend this listing as one of the most spacious little homes in which we’ve stayed.

The location was fabulous. Everything you wanted to do was on the west side of town. It was cozy, clean comfortable. The furniture was delightful. The linens were wonderful. If I could write this 10 stars I would.

The home was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the basement living room most because we don’t have these in Texas. We didn’t even use the third bedroom so there was plenty of room for the four of us. We enjoyed the back patio and watched and listened to the various birds ( it was a quiet neighborhood). We saved money compared to a hotel. Also loved the walking trails around the neighborhood. Very happy and a nice find.

Stayed here for work- Great house. Super stay friendly- clean, comfortable beds, good bathrooms. The whole stay couldn’t have been easier and the host couldn’t have been nicer. Already planning on staying again,

The property was very nice and exactly what we were looking for. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful which allowed us to relax and enjoy the weekend with family. We would definitely recommend. David was prompt and courteous and went out of his way to communicate with us.

This is a great place and the David the property owner is the greatest, the smallest thing even changing a light bulb he's on it, to make sure your stay is top notch. David thank you! If my work brings me back to Wichita I'm definitely going to look you up.

The home was very clean and well appointed. The location was great! We really appreciated having such a nice, comfortable place to prepare food and spend time with our family.

This property was amazing. Was surprised when we drove up to see a Christmas tree lite up through the window. Wonderful family friendly home. Property even had a shelf of games which we took advantage of. Highly recommend this property.

I stayed at this home with 2 other moms and 4 teen girls for a weekend for my daughter's quinceanera, so she could hang out with her girlfriends for the weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone. Good sized rooms, nice finished basement. Teens hung out downstairs, moms upstairs. The property was clean, well taken care of, 2 car garage to park in also. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owner was great. We forgot a charger and he reached out to me to let me know, so he could get it returned to me. Would stay here again!

Our family was in town for a wedding and we really enjoyed renting this house. They had plenty of linens for a larger group and plenty of room to sit and visit. The host was very easy to contact if we needed anything.

Arriving the first time in the dark, we were looking for the address number to be on the house itself. Once we realized the address was printed on the street curb, we found it easily.
And the host left porch lights and the living room light on for us!
