About this house rental

Nestled in Kiawah Island, this charming house for £538 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Fully renovated open floor plan with all the bells and whistles. With 3 floors, 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and less then a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The open floor plan is great for family get togethers with all upgraded amenities. The kitchen comes fully equipped with state of the art culinary set up. Large range and hood, second separate oven, and use of all stainless steel appliances and cooking needs. There are several table settings options- each include glasses, dishes and cutlery to spruce up any mealtime. There are two master king bedroom suites; one is on the main floor and the other is on second floor with sitting area. Both with walk-in closets and full bathrooms. There are two additional queen bedrooms that both have their own private bathrooms. The third floor has full bathroom and twin beds- additionally you can find blow up mattress and large tv-perfect spot for children to have their own corridors. There is one additional 1/2 bath and laundry room on main floor. The house is a quick bike ride, less then 5 minutes, to several beach accesses. The back deck is great for entertaining and viewing wildlife. As we are on wooded area with a creek that flows right down to the mouth of the kiawah river marsh. There is a neighborhood dock where you can catch lots of fish. The rental comes fully equipped with indoor and outdoor games. (Giant jenga, board games, puzzles, corn hole, darts, etc) There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Large propane grill, cable, and internet are 5 speed. We also have several beach chairs, beach games, a wagon and beach cruisers available (please let me know if interested in using the bikes). Linens, beach towels and bath towels are also included with your rental. 298 is a special spot and we know you will find it perfect for your next get away!

We stayed here for an annual high school girl friend trip. It was our first time to Kiawah Island. This property, is nicely appointed, with an abundance of bedrooms, full bathrooms. The open kitchen living space was perfect for our group. Everyone felt their bed was comfortable, and the baths had good shower pressure. We utilized the kitchen everyday but we also ate out. The location is convenient in that it’s not too far or too close to the gated entrance, the public beach is beautiful and easy to walk or drive and we used the bikes. The host was very responsive and provided a heads up about a very minor situation. We loved it, and want to return to the area. We all agreed that the back deck needed power washing but we did stay in early spring.

We have been visiting Kiawah for decades, but this is the first time we stayed in this part of the island. The home is tucked in a cul-de-sac and overlooks a tidal creek which was full of wildlife. The light is beautiful in the mornings. The house was clean and spacious. It's about a 10 minute walk to Night Heron Park and 15 minutes to the beach. We'll definitely rent there again sometime.

We had a wonderful stay! Check in was easy. The rooms were all very spacious and decorated nicely. The owners have a few bikes in the garage for use, which was convenient.

This house is in a great closed area which is great we got welcomed with a great clean home it had very close access to the beach and other activities the managers were great and answered our questions when we asked unfortunately I don’t know about the 3rd floor if the ac was not working properly or I don’t know what it was it was extremely hot on the third floor we would put the temperature on the thermostat to the 70’s so it could cool down but it did not so unfortunately we had our other two kids sleep with our other family member in their rooms but other than the AC on the 3rd floor not working the house was great and we will definitely come back next year if the air is fixed by then thank you!

Thus house was wonderfully stocked and well equipped. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely would come back. Definitely recommend! The hostess was probably the best I’ve ever dealt with on communication. Thank you for making our time together wonderful!!

This home is just as advertised - bright, sunny, spacious and decorated beautifully. We have rented many homes and this is the most well stocked home I’ve come across. While slightly further from the beach, the home has the advantage of feeling private and has a nice marsh view. The hosts are easy to work with and had great suggestions.
