Wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and gorgeous view every morning, just steps away from the private ocean beach! Master Bedroom has an ocean view with a queen sized bed, an en-suite full bath with shower/tub combo, a large window, and a smart TV; Bedroom #2 also has an ocean view with a full sized bed and a bunk bed, large window, a smart TV, and a full bath with a shower. In the living room a large sliding glass doors opening to the super-sized balcony with a spectacular 180-degree panoramic view of Nantucket sound. Beautiful kitchen with eat-in area overlooking ocean. An incredible waterfall quartz island. Subzero refrigerator, wolf stove, microwave, wine cooler, and stainless steel appliances. The penthouse was a wonderful spot to spend a relaxing few days. Located near so many of our favorite beaches, restaurants, etc. Well appointed with anything you would need. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets greeted us every day. Host was informative and responded to our inquiries timely. Look forward to staying there again.

The views can not be beat. It was the best stay I’ve ever had through Vrbo. Check in was a breeze. It was spotless and clean. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend this unit.

We just had a beautiful mid October escape and this place was perfect. Relaxing morning coffee with sparkling water views in all directions, followed by memorable beach strolls with our Portuguese Water Dog, ending with spectacular sunsets on the deck. This place, these views, stunning! We hope to be back soon!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights when we went to a wedding nearby, and it was perfect! We had time to enjoy some of the surrounding activities and restaurants, and enjoy the amazing views from the unit and balcony. The unit was clean, the owner responsive about check in procedures, and it had everything we needed for our stay. I would be glad to go back for a longer visit! Highly recommend!

This property is beautful, and even though it rained for the four straight days we were booked, we still had a wonderfully relaxing time. The views are amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean. Love the remodeled kitchen and high end appliances. There are at least five really great restaurants within minutes of the property. The host was very kind and great at communicating everything we needed to know. He made himself available for any questions we had and was quick responding back to us. It was such a positive experience. Did I mention the ocean view was incredible? This was easily the nicest property we've rented on the Cape. Looking forward to spending some time here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wow this place is absolutely beautiful! We had an incredible vacation. We loved the private balcony overlooking the water and the private beach. The condo was extremely clean and we loved the luxurious kitchen with all the amenities needed. We will be back!

The penthouse was absolutely stunning with every luxury you could think of. The best views on the cape and it being Labor Day weekend there were firework views every night just sitting from the balcony. Will definitely be staying beret again.

We have been staying on the Cape all my life. 30 years! We have taken our daughter each year to Dennis and Dennis Port. This is our first time staying here. The unit is gorgeous with amazing views of the ocean. The private beach was prefect for all day beach activities with our daughter. Friendly neighbors and great location. While here this summer we booked our next stay in december to experience it in a different season. Loved every minute!

My partner (now fiancée) and I stayed at this beautiful home for a combined birthday celebration and secretly for me to pop the big question on her birthday after dinner in front of the fireplace looking out over the beautiful beach.
We could not have been more overjoyed to spend such a special occasion here and now this will become an annual trip staying here to remember where she said yes and we celebrated our birthday.

Booked a short weekend getaway to the oceanside for my wife since the "beach is her happy place"... and it is in the middle of winter. Because it was near 0 F, we had to settle for "seeing" the beach since we couldn't actually sit on the beach. This place really DELIVERS on the ocean views! Both sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from this property! We really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and sitting by the fireplace in the morning with our coffee. I can imagine a Summer stay would be amazing with the beach access and awesome vantage from the terrace.
Yiping was a wonderful host. The pre-arrival communication was efficient and he was very responsive to questions. He checked in with us in the evening of our first day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction (of course, it was).
We would definitely book again!

Two night birthday getaway. Looking for peace and quiet near the ocean and we got all of that plus gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The beach walls were chilly but refreshing! Condo is so well equipped and spotless! Loved everything about it and we hated to leave!

Modern, clean, and well equipped condo with incredible water views at a nice quiet location. The outside balcony was the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine and enjoy the warm sunshine in the cool autumn air. Owner was extremely responsive to questions and concerns. Perfect getaway for us after a tough summer.

This is the perfect Cape location and the Penthouse was fantastic! Stunning views and the outdoor balcony was a wonderful place to have a cocktail and enjoy the ocean. The unit was clean and provided all of the amenities for an enjoyable stay.
Yiping was a pleasure to work with and accommodated a personal request that allowed us to experience this unique property. I would definitely rent again!

Modern, super clean condo with spectacular water views. Property had all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect and quiet. The elevator within the building is definitely a plus being that condo is on 4th floor. Everyone had a great stay!!

We loved the location. My family of 5 and 2 goldens enjoyed every bit of the condo. The porch was beautiful and the view is breath taking. Going to the beach was just an elevator down and stairs to the beach.

Unique 4th floor beachfront 2 bdrm. Grand Kitchen-family room is spectacular as it opens to the porch. Area is quiet, accessible to dining, other beaches. Property has a specious and wonderful private beach.

This was an amazing rental!! The rental was incredibly tidy. Mr. Ding was the perfect host and I’d recommend him to anyone interested in renting out his place for a relaxing getaway to Cape Cod. The Host was very communicative. Scheduling times for check-in and check-out was simple and easy. Nice, comfortable, and winderful place to stay. Good location (walking distance to The beach, right near many restaurants and coffee shops). The two bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is very well-equipped. We would stay here again! A super smooth stay. Thank you!!

Magnificent views of the beach, however, I'm taking the time to leave this specific and detailed feedback so that these issues can be addressed. I hope it's helpful to the Owner and that future Guests won't have these issues. CLEANLINESS:CONDO WAS NOT CLEANED WELL: Re-used dirty, smelly cleaning sponges were left under kitchen & bath sinks, hair left in bathtub, MBR bedding & mattress pad had stale, mildew type odor, we had to re-wash all before using. Owner only provided misc used bottles of Soaps & Shampoos that were almost empty, several used, almost empty rolls of toilet paper, Kleenex box w/1 tissue left in box. Very strange to find almost empty liquor & juice bottles left in the wine refrig, and a pkg of hair drain-cleaner mixed in w/ the kitchen silverware. We had to buy new TP, Kleenex, Soap, Shampoo, Laundry Detergent, Trash bags, new sponge, & several boxes of baking soda to get rid of the odors from cleaners using stale dirty sponges. Dirty A/C filter. STORAGE: Very little storage space available, Owner needs to remove his items from both closets. The MBR closet was filled w/owners large boxes, table leaves, card table, 4 folding chairs & vacuum cleaner. Very small closet in 2nd BR: almost impossible to get to with furn layout, has large de-humidifier w/mildew odor in it. Owner provided No hangars, we had to go get hangars. ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS: BALCONY: A few drink tables (for coffee, tea, cocktail, book, etc) next to the chairs on the balcony, & a couple smaller chairs for adults, not everyone is comfortable in large Adirondack chairs. This would make it much more comfortable to hang out & enjoy the beautiful views while on the oceanfront balcony. CEILING FAN IN MBR: Need a ceiling fan to cool that room. SAFETY: Owner needs Non-slip Grips on floor of bathtub, & grab bar on tub & shower walls. FIRE-DOORS, EMERGENCY EXIT: doors are not closed as required and area is dirty. MISC: LEASE AGREEMENT: All info in lease agreement should be stated in VRBO listing. We had long travel days w/ drive & flights, and were unaware that beds would not be made upon arrival, or that when leaving, we were required to strip bedding & put towels & bedding in wash, as well as take all trash out to the dumpster in parking lot. We booked w/VRBO on 3/22/22, and didn't get lease agreement w/this info until 5/3/22. I hope this information is helpful.

We were in Cape Cod for a friend's weekend and this rental was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious, and the views of the beach from each room were magnificent. It was within walking distance to a few restaurants and only 10 minutes from the main part of town. We had to check in early and check out late due to flying in on a redeye and needing more time before the wedding, and Yiping was extremely accommodating. We greatly appreciate his flexibility and would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding location and lovely open floor plan.
Had a lovely stay at the end of March. Although weather was still chilly, we could sit out on the balcony and read. The gas fireplace was really nice also!
