Located in Keystone, this lovely house for £375 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom three story stand-alone mountain home sleeps 14 across 4 king beds, 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. It features three master suites, two living areas, an incredible kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and two large decks where you can enjoy the peaceful beauty of the mountains. While tucked away in a quiet area of Keystone, you are still only minutes from the lifts, the shops and restaurants of the resort. Hiking trails are a two minute walk. The entryway features hooks and a bench to store your gear. The spacious living room features a gas stove, ample seating and a flat screen TV. The massive panoramic windows and vaulted ceilings allow for beautiful natural light, while a glass door leads you to one of the two spacious decks. Enjoy the mountain views and cook out on the gas grill. The main floor guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware required to make a gourmet meal away from home and features granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. The adjacent dining area features a ten person table allowing for large family meals and events. The breakfast bar provides additional seating for four and there is a console that seats four more. The first master suite is on the main level and features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, a designated sitting area, and a desk. Multiple windows showcase the breathtaking mountain views. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with granite countertops, a high-end walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The first guest bedroom is also on the main level. It features two bunk beds, a flat screen TV, and a large closet. There is also an office space on the main level with many windows. Stay here for your vacation or work from your home away from home. There is also a full-sized washer dryer on the main level. Laundry detergent is provided. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One is a master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, and sitting area. The en-suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The second is a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed and flat screen TV. The second upper level en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The lower level has another master suite, a den, and a small kitchen. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom also has a shower/tub combination. The den has a sitting area and a flat screen TV. The small kitchen is a great place to prepare snacks for your entertainment in the den or the deck. The lower level has a large deck with a private hot tub and spectacular views. There is also a private heated garage with room to store your skiing or hiking gear. Inside the garage there is a foosball table and Pac-Man for your families enjoyment. **Please note that we have a minimum age requirement and a minimum of 3 nights to be reserved. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. A good-sized house in a great location. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room. My big concern is the support from the management company and the age of the appliances/HVAC. A few examples. When we arrived the internet was down, and they were not able to fix it for a day. In addition someone had open a bunch of windows which in December is a problem. To make matters worse, one of the thermostats was dead (controlling baseboard heating on the main floor) and they never replaced it during our stay, despite the fact that it was an easy fix. I was told he was awaiting approval on the cost, I guess he did not get it. The Dishwasher does not get the dishes clean unless you fully scrub them. The Oven's display does not work right so it is hard to get it to the correct temperature. Finally, I was promised a call from a manager, but never got one. So why 3 stars? it does have a well-stocked kitchen and is a nice house with an amazing view. Personally, I would look elsewhere until they change management companies and invest in the appliances.

The house is in a great location. Perfect place for relaxing. If you are adventure sports enthusiast, keystone ski resort is just 5 mins away. Breckenridge is also nearby. If you are planning for summiting Quandary peak, this place is just 30 mins away. The whole place is just awesome! Big rooms, each of them have workstations, board games, lots of stuffs in the kitchen. Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything would be great except few things:1) The driveway to the property wasn't cleared of snow well enough and the entrance to the garage was icy2) The ping pong table which was in the house's offer and in the website photos ( later removed), wasn't there either ( it's a pity because that's why we chose this house)3) Right by the door to the house from garage lay mousetrap with three dead mice 4) The deck , where jacuzzi was also wasn't cleared of snow 5) Throughout our stay there was some problems with heating/temperature setting Everything else,at least from my point of view,was flawless.

This property was in a beautiful setting with a spectacular view and close to many fun experiences. It was a BIG home with plenty of space to spread out or congregate in the large livingroom. We had 10 people there and easily fit. The home was well stocked with all the basics. The communication with the property managers was top notch. They were friendly, professional and prompt with any and all questions I had. Our only disappointment was the place was NOT clean. The listing says that it is a pet-free home but there was evidence in 3 of the bedrooms of pets. Not only are the carpets very stained, many of the carpets were not even vacuumed for our stay and some of the bathroom floors were not cleaned. We found all manner of things on the floors from the previous renters. In addition, the couch got nudged a little one evening and there was a line of crumbs and popcorn seeds where the front edge of the couch was...not just a little but a lot. I only mention that in case cleanliness is important to your family. One bathtub had blood droplets in it that one of our family had to clean up before feeling comfortable to use it. It made us wonder what other shortcuts were taken by the cleaning staff prior to our arrival. So really our only negative about our stay was the cleanliness of the place. Otherwise everything else about it was great! We would stay there again if we could be assured of a thorough cleaning ahead of time.

Very Nice, large home, really fit our needs. Large family ski trip, multiple families involved, the home gave us all room to spread out and have our own space. Large living/dining/kitchen areas gave us a place to gather and enjoy that time as well. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were a HUGE plus. Very close to Keystone ski resort and SCMR also allowed us to find discounts on ski rentals. Would recommend to anyone.....

Large awesome house offering picturesque mountain views located in an excellent neighborhood that is close to multiple ski resorts. The property far exceeded everyone's expectations. Our extended family of 5 couples enjoyed all of the amenities the property had to offer. The hot tub was a big hit especially after a day of skiing. The large kitchen and large living room were able to comfortably seat everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for 10 people. The beds were very comfortable and it was really nice that every couple was able to have their own bedroom and own bathroom. Parking was plentiful for (4) vehicles. The host was very responsive and checked in with us (via text) to make sure everything was in order. We definitely plan to stay at this property again in the future.

Our stay was certainly way less than satisfactory and that’s an understatement. Here’s why. The entire time of our stay we could not get heat on the living floor of the house where the kitchen, dining area and great room are located. There was never any heat coming from the baseboard heating units on the living floor. We called and maintenance came out, tried to adjust the thermostat but could not get heat. The maintenance rep advised the thermostat was controlled by the owner via his WiFi. It was set by the owner and could not be adjusted. We had a 14 month old baby with us and had to bundle him up against the cold on the living floor. This was where he spent his time with other family members. It’s unbelievable that this home would be rented but the renter never advised, in advance, of this major and unsatisfactory condition. If we had been so advised we never would have rented this unit. In addition to the significant issue outlined above we experienced food freezing on the refrigerator side of the combination refrigerator/freezer. Although maintenance looked at it and adjusted the temperature the problem persisted. Having experienced a similar problem in my own home; I would advise the problem is more than likely associated with a defective circuit board that regulates temperature. Based on the issue associated with the lack of heat on the living floor I am requesting you refund 25% of the amount we paid. Sincerely Harry Campbell

We've been planning trips up to Breckenridge and Keystone for Ullr for 5 years. Each year we try to find a different house to stay in and everyone agreed this is one of the best. Nothing compares to a hot tub after a long day on the mountain and the open kitchen and living room was big enough to have everyone around and still feel homey.
