About this house rental
Centrally located corner lot with a large 5 car driveway. 10 minutes from downtown Syracuse and 5 minutes from Oneida lake. Close to all highways, 81, 481 and the thruway. Well equipped kitchen with a gas stove and other cooking accessories. Large fully fenced yard with deck and a large inground pool. (Pool is open seasonally depending on weather. Generally end of May-Oct) Please understand that we do allow small respectful gatherings and holidays, we do not allow parties. As this house is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet time starts at 9pm to respect the neighbors. We are local and will absolutely enforce this rule. If the neighbors complain you will be asked to leave the property and forfeit your payment. Please respect our neighborhood like you live there. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Please note as we are dog friendly, there is an additional $75 pet fee. If you did not “check” the traveling with pets box and you do show up with a dog, you will be charged $100 due immediately before you can access the property.

House was great we had no issues to talk about but when we did have something of concern the owner was very responsive and reassuring. I would recommend this home to anyone with confidence they would love it. Will absolutely want to stay again.

The house was beautiful and well kept. The backyard was amazing, just wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the inground pool.

We’re all over 60 yrs old. Booked the pool praying for an Indian Summer and got that! Thank goodness because Bruce had to cancel. I arrived at 4pm and couldn’t wait to get in the pool only to discover I was on camera. The entire stay was on camera,

We stayed for the weekend and was terrific every part of the way. The location was very clean and easy to check in. The whole house has automation integration and the rooms are very clean and exudes comfy. My only criticism would be that the fire tv stick was a bit slow in launching Netflix and other apps. Overall I would absolutely book this place again if I come back to this location.

I hate leaving a good review because I loved my time at this house and I want to keep it all to myself. The problem is they deserve their 5🌟. The house was lovely there were dog bed’s everywhere. The kitchen seemed well stocked we didn’t cook at the house though. I loved the pool and spent my days there. The neighborhood was great to walk the dogs. The yard was awesome for the dogs. If you are staying here visit Green Lakes State Park. It was gorgeous and about 20 minutes away.

I had a terrible experience with owner he was rude and racist the pillows were dirty in bedroom smelled like dirt…you can smell moisture in air which he had a dehumidifier going upstairs he came by the house lurking and never stated he had cameras in the house he invaded my privacy I will never rent from him again…

We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful home. Perfect amount of space, great neighborhood and had everything we needed for cooking and such. The home was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Bill was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very responsive and more than generous. We highly recommend this perfect home for any family.

We enjoyed our stay at this cheerful home. It was decked out for the Merry Christmas season. My grandchildren loved the decorations. It was easy to locate and close to shopping centers and all other needs. Thank you, Bill, for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful family weekend.

Coming from NC and finding this home was special for us. In my wife’a own words, this home has everything! That being said, although we missed the outside pool. In the future , we plan to rent this special place again to hopefully make that up 🙏🏽.

What a great house!! Everything was perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing. Wish I found this house earlier - would definitely of stayed there. Went up to visit our kids who go to Syracuse University and this house really was incredible! Fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog, along with the dog beds, dog gates and dog bowl!! House is beautiful decorated and so clean!! Had everything we needed!! Was so perfect, we ended up staying an additional night. Bill was incredible - responded right away whenever I sent a message! Lots of restaurants to order from. Neighborhood was great. Would definitely recommend - can’t wait to go again!

First of all, you pay $100 cleaning fee, and $70 servings just for you to do all the work… we had to bring our sheets and stuff to the laundry room downstairs, clean the room, wash our towels, for that you should be paying us lol what’s the point of the $170? Also when we came there was this terrible smell!! Like rotten eggs absolutely terrible. No lights outside, yes there’s a light but it’s so weak doesn’t reach the pool if you wanna swim at night. No Chairs with umbrellas for the sun or rain. Then someone came cutting trees in the morning!! When you come to places like that you expect some nice silence. And it says we’re not supposed to use the towels for the pool. 2 hours before the check out someone bothered us again asking for the owner. The pool itself doesn’t include any types of floaties, we had to buy our own. And we left them for others to use them. And there’s a camera outside in the pool, yeah for security but still not so private. The good thing is it was pretty clean, and spacious.

Pool was so clean and beautiful, pool was enjoyed everyday by us and our doggie.... and big manicured back yard. The house with wrap around couch and huge TV was so enjoyable, a great place. The host was so helpful and quick with any questions .... Thank you...
The bedrooms were beautiful , beds were so comfortable and Tvs also the master bedroom with attached bathroom so nice....
Let's not forget how close Lake Oneida is we went for a day, a breathtaking place and fun at the Lakehouse restaurant/casino, a must go see.... and an amusement park for kids which was a huge place.... also so many resturants and grocery stores are only 2 mins away from the property which was very nice...
Our doggie is missing the pool for sure!
We can't wait to go back!!

Wonderful place to come home to after being gone for the day. This was our first rental and thanks to our host it was a great experience. They provided almost everything we needed for our stay there and entry to the property was very easy as well as the large backyard for our pup. Would love to stay again the next time we are in the area.

We needed a place near Syracuse so we could explore the area because my son will be attending SUNY ESF in the fall. We were very impressed with how clean the house was and enjoyed the pool.
