Situated in Wailua, this attractive condo for £261 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The Penthouse overlooks the pool, lawn, beach, ocean and majestic mountains. We are located on the top floor in a corner end unit, which provides the ultimate privacy. Panoramic ocean views are available from the living room, dining room, kitchen and lanai. A new split A/C system was installed in April 2023 providing total comfort throughout the entire unit. Just a short walk along the beach path you will find yourself at The Lava Lava Beach Club next door, which offers live music, pupus and dinner in a casual atmosphere right on the ocean. A few steps further up the beach is the famous Hukilau Lanai restaurant for a more elegant atmosphere. You're also a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace which offers several eateries, galleries, boutiques, a convenience store, as well as free hula shows M/W/F and a farmer's market T/Thurs. In the unit you will find two Smart TV's in both the living room and in the bedroom. Both TV's are fully equipped with todays most current streaming options. There is Wireless High Speed Internet for you to use, and a 2.1 sound bar in the living room that allows you to stream music from your Bluetooth device. The Living room and dining room are accented with bamboo crown molding and tiger wood floors. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and stove. Also includes stainless steel cookware, coffee maker, Keurig, a French press and electric kettle. The counters are finished in majestic magma granite. The Master bedroom is appointed with a king bed and a 14' memory foam mattress and luxury linens. All interior doors are solid teak, louvered island style. There are rainforest marbled countertops in both bathrooms and inlayed marble on travertine floors. The Master bath has a large shower lined in travertine and decorative tile, a built in bench and hand held/stationary showerheads. Luxury towels and robes are provided. The lanai is furnished with a bar height table that provides an unobstructed view over the railing. We have also provided two large cushioned chairs and an ottoman which is perfect for relaxing and reading or just enjoying the magnificent surroundings. The sandy beach allows easy access for swimming, boogey boarding, or just floating in the warm waters of the Pacific. Most often it's quite safe but can be dangerous when surf is large. The 'keiki pool' is surrounded by lava rock to create a shallow natural pool with a sandy bottom. Some onsite conveniences are coin-operated (Wash app available as well) laundry and gas operated barbecues. Enjoy the lighted tennis courts and large heated pool. These amenities are all exceptionally well maintained. The grounds are immaculate and lush with many local varieties of flowers and plants. Kauai is truly the 'Garden Isle'. Lae Nani is centrally located on the east shore, and just a 30 minute drive to the north shore, Princeville and Hanalei Bay. Poipu beach is 30 minutes to the south. Hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, and surfing areas are abundant. Waterskiing and wakeboarding are also available on nearby Wailua River. If oceanfront golf on a budget sounds fun, Wailua Golf Course is just a 2.2 mile drive away. Convenient access to the Ke Ala Hele Makalae Path starts next door at Lava Lava. The more than 7 mile, mostly flat path is perfect for biking/walking. Rent a bike and explore this popular path that runs along the coconut coast from Lydgate Park all the way to Donkey Beach. We have been vacationing at Lae Nani for over 30 years. Amber’s condo is one of the best units. It is nicely styled, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach toys, clean and A/C.
The lanai view is outstanding! We were given a local contact number, if needed.
Only recommendations I have is the replacement of the of the beach chairs and bedroom pillows. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Loved this place. The view from our patio was great. The pool in the middle of the beautifully maintained grounds and the ocean just a little beyond that.

Located on the third floor of the Lae Nani condo complex, this unit is very nicely furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen. This area of the Kauai Island is our favorite, and we would totally recommend this condo unit.

Absolutely perfect. We loved being on the east side of the island - easy, scenic drives to all spots. The view from the unit itself was spectacular, too. Beyond impressed with the responsiveness of the staff and overall how stocked it was for our arrival

The view is extraordinary! Location is close to the ocean, a beautiful grassy area and the pool. It is also central to excursions, shopping and restaurants. Within the condo is all that we needed; kitchen is well stocked and a great place to prepare meals. Air conditioning is a treat as well as the king bed. We will return!

The condo was as described as shown. Same with the views. We loved having our coffee in the morning on the Lanai, with our morning visiting local birds. The grounds were well kept and the other guests friendly. It was in a great location giving us access to many restaurants, shopping and a walking path to burn off those vacation calories. Looking forward to our next stay.

When got to the condo it was filthy so we called the contact person she said she new nothing about us renting then she hung up on us. We ended up paying a lot more for a place to stay.

This was our third year in a row staying in this unit and we plan to book again for next year. The unit is great, nicely furnished, freshly painted, and air conditioned. The view is spectacular and the proximity to the pool and ocean is very convenient.

Loved the view, the amenities, the pool and the condo overall. Air conditioning didn’t work but was fixed easily. A few ants in the bathroom. Property manager didn’t respond as quickly as we thought she should have. Would most likely stay here again though.

If you want a really nice easy place to relax you found it. Very nice condo well equipped with everything you need. Restaurants and shopping just a few feet away. Safe spot to swim with lots of shade trees. Very good communications with the owner and her property manager

Property was exactly as advertised, beautiful view, well appointed with a great pool. The beach and ocean were very clothes,and the Coconut Marketplace was right bext door. Good restaurants and stores. The barbecues were spotless. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here if I go back to Kauai.

This condo has a great view. It gets the morning and afternoon sun with a perfect breeze off the water. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Kauai.

Daniel out host was superb extremely responsive to any issues and very accommodating to any requests or issues that occurred. To improve on the space we would suggest improving the quality of the mattresses and bedding and to have some form of cupboard in the second bedroom or at least hooks in the hallway for coats. Other than these minor issues the space is amazing - huge area for kitchen and for hanging out and the view of course is exceptional with very easy access to the best parts of Tel Aviv. For those who have difficulty with stairs be forewarned that their is no elevator and heavy suitcases may be an issue up the many flights of stairs. Thanks or providing an excellent space .

Generally, our stay was great. A plumbing leak was taken care of promptly. I found that, as opposed to many stays years earlier, that the general public was allowed to use the grounds -- even the pool. I don't think management was aware of this since it occurred over the holidays when the office was closed. In any case, our stay was great and we would return.

We love the location and the facility because it is quiet and the people are overall very friendly.
The unit had a sliding door screen that was really hard to open and close. It was as if there was no wheels on it.
The portable air conditioner did cool the bedroom but it didn't cool the rest of the unit. The A/C exhaust fan was piped out the window and the hot air just came back in through the louvered glass window above it. We didn't use it because it didn't make sense to circulate the hot air.
Not all the window worked and the screens were a bit bent open and dirty.

This unit has everything you need for vacationing in Kauai. What I loved the best was the view from the lanai, living room and kitchen. It overlooks the beautiful pool and grounds, with the ocean and mountains in the background. A great beach is steps away as well as restaurants and shopping. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by management.

We had a great stay at this property. Really well stocked kitchen and a super comfortable bed. Would suggest upgrading the pillows to match the mattress - they were quite flat :)
The complex is really nice and quiet. The pool was incredible - great temperature and felt super clean. Don't miss the Tues/Thurs farmer's market in nearby Coconut Marketplace - the best!

Our trip got off to a rocky start due to a miscommunication between the care taker of the property and the property manager (the property manager does not live on the island), we received the wrong information which caused us to not be able to get into the room. However, once we got that sorted out it was quickly forgotten due the property being such an amazing find. The view from the room is unreal and the property grounds are absolutely amazing from the lush landscaping to the well kept amenities. The condo itself could use a little love but it is in great shape and any negatives I could tell you about are easily overshadowed by the excellence of the property. I do however need to mention that the internet bandwidth provided is not sufficient for any sort of remote working (I tested it multiple times during our week stay and was only getting 3MB/s down and less than 1MB/s up) so think twice if you know you will need a solid internet connection for work.
I wouldn't say I am well traveled but one thing that I always hate about travelling is 9/10 of the showers I use just suck. They get the job done but it is usually a terrible experience from low water pressure to it being just big enough to turn around in and in some cases just disgusting. The shower in this condo is 10/10! It is huge (more than enough room for 2), has great water pressure, has a little bench for sitting and has one of those awesome double shower heads with all the different setting on the detachable part. Not sure why this is not pictured in the ad but it really should be, it was an absolute pleasure taking a shower.
The beach is really cool, if you're not much of a swimmer the beach has a really neat "pool" that was created in the ocean with lava rocks so you can feel completely safe taking a dip in the ocean without having to deal with the waves. The condo also had a little closet on the lanai with pretty much every piece of beach equipment you could possibly want.
There are many food places and a market within walking distance, the hotel next door also has an oceanfront restaurant/bar with nightly entertainment. I would have been perfectly happy just staying near the property the whole trip but the other excellent part of choosing this property is it is centrally located between both the south and the north making it a perfect "home base" from which to explore.
If you are lucky enough to find availability for this little gem do not hesitate to book it.

The property is as good if not better than the pictures indicate. End unit gives a feeling of open space and with Building 1 only two stories this third floor condo has more of a feeling of privacy that is somewhat unique. Very clean and well appointed and the communication with Bernadette and Amber was exceptional. The proximity to the pool and beach was exactly what we had in mind. Easy walk to Coconut Marketplace and a short drive to Safeway and onto Kapaa (have to try Kountry Kitchen) makes this a perfect location.

It feels like you're living in a beautiful tree house - the condo is clean, comfortable with a view of the ocean that you can swim, snorkel or surf in right in front. The central location could not be better. I'm looking forward to staying there next time.

The location is perfect for those planning to travel around the island. The condo is gated and #231 had incredible views of the ocean. The complex was quiet and had all the amenities you could need. The room also came with beach/snorkeling gear so we didn't have to rent it. Overall, it was a great homebase for our honeymoon.

We stayed for 9 nights. Condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was Unbeatable. Original door code we received did not work when we arrived bit situation was easily resolved with a quick phone call. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

The VRBO was well stocked with towels, beach towels and we were pleasantly surprised by all the items in the porch closet for us to use including a beach bag, cooler, boogie board, snorkel, fins and a beach umbrella.
We did reach out to the host, Amber, prior to reserving our stay to ask more details about what was at the VRBO so we could pack accordingly. Our understanding was that she manages the property but had not been there herself. We did get the check in instructions a month out from our trip and they were easy to follow. I did reach out to Amber twice during our stay with questions via the VRBO app but never got a response.
We never used the pool during our stay but it looked well maintained and there were always people swimming.
The beach is a little rocky but still swimmable. We saw lots of kite surfers there as well.
