The condo was perfect for my family’s short trip to Amelia Island. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials. Communication is great and I appreciate the how-tos and reminders throughout the space. The owners clearly care about providing a quality space for vacationers.

We recently spent 7 days at this property and could not come up with a negative to offer, if I tried. Both my wife and I loved the location, the bed/pillows, the view of the ocean from the master bedroom. It was all great. The kitchen had more equipment than my kitchen at home. Great place to spend your time on Amelia Island.

C3 was a fantastic condo. The renovation and appointments are spot on! Everything you need are here. The host thought of everything including a traditional coffee maker and a Kuerig. The stacked washer/dryer are new and excellent. Plenty of cooking pans, skillets, dishes, etc for those who prefer to eat in. The beach here is wide and clean plus no over crowding! We will be back!

Very nice property. Building is older, but well maintained; unit has been relatively recently renovated and is modern and welcoming. Kitchen pantry and laundry were fully stocked besides sugar and trash bags. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One small issue: we didn't completely understand how the keypad mechanism locked for the first 2 or 3 days, so we unwittingly left our room unlocked overnight and during day trips out. A bit more detail on how the device functioned would have helped.

What sold me on this property was the decorating and attention to detail. The owners have invested a lot of time and money making this rental property functional and beautiful for guests. The outdoor patio was my favorite part! I loved waking up to the ocean view from the master bedroom. Also the outdoor patio comfortably seats four people, while enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or listening to the waves and moonlight nights.

The property was lovely, clean and well stocked, just as pictured. Fabulous sunrise each morning. The only disappointment was the weather...windy and cold. The forecast for the day after our departure was 80 degrees. You never can rely on mother nature to cooperate.

We had preconceived ideas about Amelia Island, but had never visited. Once we got settle in, every day was a new and great discovery. The unit was well appointed, clean, and fresh. We would highly recommend it. The town of Fernandina Beach is quaint, beautiful, old, and exceedingly charming. The restaurant options were plentiful and exceptional. We will be returning in the future.

Great views, great location. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen has lots of cookware, a few of the pans are starting to show wear but still usable. Unit came with lots of bath towels and 4 beach towels. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Although the building itself is quite dated, the 2 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor was beautifully remodeled. Everything was fresh and up to date. Kitchen had thought of everything including recycle which building doe not do yet. Although it was too cool to spend much time on the beach, the chairs, floats and beach towels were abundant. The location on the island was perfect too. And our welcome bag had great information in it. I would highly recommend this condo and will likely return.
