Julie’s place was amazing. It was cozy and quiet. It is close to a brewery, casinos, food, as well as a cute winery. It is across the street from the water. Absolutely beautiful!

Thank you! We will definitely do this again. Everything was absolutely beautiful. We had a great weekend. The only slight complaint would be the step. We kept tripping over it, but we put a blanket over the area and that helped remind us. 😊

We stayed for the New York State fair and the place is adorable! Right near the lake and close to everything you need, Julie and her husband were so quick with their responses and so helpful! Would highly recommend!

Julie’s place was super nice, extremely well furnished and super clean. We enjoyed a short walk to the Oneida Lake Brew Haus for some music and relaxation. Hosts are very gracious, prompt and make themselves available for questions and concerns. Definitely would go back.

We loved our stay & felt welcome the second we got there! It’s cozy & inviting, and though not huge, the open layout was designed so everything flowed and you never felt cramped. Light & airy! Impeccably clean & so nicely decorated, we’d come back again. We met both Julie & her husband & they couldn’t have been nicer! Also, both beds were incredibly comfy! We wanted to see what brand they were to get some for home but forgot to ask :).

The property was everything as the listing showed. Property was clean furniture and beds were very comfortable . Kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels.
Would recommend this property to anyone looking to be in the Oneida lake area.

You will not be disappointed, very clean & many extra touches. We will stay again for sure. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, State Park and Oneida Lake sunsets are top notch!

This apartment is nicely furnished and is exactly as stated. I had a little trouble with the wifi dropping, but since I wasn't there for work, it wasn't a big issue. While there is no lake view from in the apartment, just walk out the door and you can see some of the most spectacular sunsets! The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. There are a couple bars in walking distance, and one of them had live music 3 of the 4 days I was there. Sylvan Beach is a bike ride away and is much more lively. I highly recommend it!

Wow!
This was the perfect girls weekend! The apartment was decorated perfectly and felt cleaner than my own home! The details in making it a special occasion were amazing! Julie provided us ( for a fee) with the most amazing charcuterie board and cupcakes! They also set up and tended a fire so we could enjoy the perfect Fall afternoon! Oh, and there was a massage therapist who came and gave great massages! Thanks Julie! Can’t wait to come back!!!
