Situated in East Nashville, this lovely house for £132 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The Bohemian Farmhouse of your dreams awaits in this 4 bed, 3.5 bath! Refreshingly unique and yet delightfully familiar, the feeling of home will immediately embrace you upon your first steps inside of "Nashville Love". With beautiful details like exquisite brick mantles, a herringbone kitchen backsplash, and elegant tiling throughout the bathrooms, the rustic modern style featured throughout the space charms from literally every angle! The outdoor areas are equally as magical, with a breathtaking patio deck, a roomy sitting area and table, and (not one but two) fire pits, perfect for those cooler nights. There is so much to love about this gorgeous Nashville home and we cannot wait to host you here! The Layout: The first level of the home is framed by a charming front porch and rocking chairs, perfect for those relaxed vacation mornings. The front door opens into the cozy living space which leads into the kitchen. To the left of the main living area, there are 2 bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on this level. The first level also has a laundry room, and is connected to the beautiful outdoor deck. The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom. Parking: Street Parking is available. House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time. This house you couldn’t beat the price. It looks just like the photos and very spacious. great to accommodate everyone with their own large room and bathroom. The host was very easy to contact. Beds are comfy and everything is very close by. Showers get super hot and air conditioning gets very cold. I would totally stay here again. If I could give any advice to save money your best bet is to go to Publix less than 1 mile away and get basic items such as bagels and eggs and lunch meat to make breakfast sandwiches, coffee and cold cuts. Saves a ton of money on breakfast and snacks. Also, if on broadway check out jacks BBQ. Best place we went to this entire trip. Food was outstanding and the hospitality was unmatchable. Ask for “cornbread” he will help you with everything.

We went to Nashville to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. This house was so roomy, very comfortable and absolutely beautiful. It’s very convenient to downtown too. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was just adorable inside and out. Thankfully the property rental allowed parking for 1 vehicle per bedroom. This was awesome considering our family arrived on different days. The inside was cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Most of our activities were near the Opry Land Hotel and Opry Mills, which was close by and easily accessible. We would definitely stay her again. Thanks!

Overall a great place to stay. Easy to Uber downtown. Only recommendations are, if 12 adults are staying, consider adding things like more coffee cups and blankets.

The home was beautiful and cozzy ... the only thing was that i asked for propane cuz it was empty for fire pit and never got it but other than that it was great ... most definitely we would stay there again

The property was clean and quite new as advertised in the photos. We had a large group and had plenty of space for everyone. The location is also very easy to get to and use ride share. Accommodations were great with comfortable beds, large kitchen/common area, and excellent air conditioning (it was 100+ degrees with feel like above 110). The only two complaints we had were 1. Even though every guest gets two towels, only 1 washcloth was provided per person and 2. The cookware was a bit lacking (no mixing bowls, oven mitts, etc) but we made due. The small bag of trash bags and such were great as was the bottle of wine. Other than those two minor items, excellent stay!

This was the first place I thought of when we were coming back to Nashville as we stayed there last year. I was glad it was available. It did not disappoint, easy check-in, very clean and comfortable. We will be back next year.
