WiFi. Features include 70' Concrete Seawall with dock post, swim ladder,fish cleaning table and cleats. Located right off the marina canal, so fueling your boat at the ship store will be so convenient! Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom, Queen size bed in the Guest bedroom. Enjoy cooking your catch on the gas grill or just relaxing outdoors by the water's edge or from the large covered porch with comfortable seating. Conveniently located near the marina, picnic area, pool, tennis and rec hall, yet tucked away on a quite circle. A nice and BIG covered porch overlooks a 60' wide canal with outdoor patio furniture, gas grill and lounge chairs. Unit also has a combined smoke/carbon monoxide detector. I had a few issues coffee maker stopped working but was replaced promptly. Major issue was door locks, sometimes took 15 minutes or more to figure out lock and front door never locked. Locks were finally adjusted to work after many days of struggling. Place is nice but needs some TLC. It worked out for our vacation and location was great.

We absolutely loved it( other than the patio door) but we managed just fine. Everything you need is right there. Shopping and beaches close by. Super friendly staff and other residents. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed three nights. The neighborhood was nice; the pool and hot tub were close by. Right on a canal. Mosquitos are no joke at night so be ready. The inside was pretty dated but if you are only interested in sleeping there, the beds were comfy and the outside area was probably the best part about the place.

My wife got locked in the bathroom because of a malfunctioning door knob. I had to run to ACE to buy a Philips screwdriver to take the handle apart to get her out. I have been a contractor for 30 years and trust me, those things happen. What really disappointed us was the oven didn't work. I like to cook and this was not an option while staying here. The house is managed by a rental company. I attempted to contact them twice and never got a call back.

What everyone needs

What everyone needs

We had a great time here, so many things to do that are offered in the community. Very friendly staff, and neighbors was great to talk with everyone. We will absolutely stay here again, home was equipped well, and many extra's that we just don't think about or do not have space to pack. Had our remaining kids with us as a family of 5 we were very comfortable with our stay. Been to the Key's three times in the last five years, and plan to hopefully come again.

House had pretty much all you need. The back porch was awesome to sit out at anytime. AC was cold in the two bedroom but not in the common space during the day. Couch was hard to get comfortable in. Still a nice place to come to in the keys. I would book again.

Great location. Loved having the boat at our back door. Very clean. And everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. The only issue we had was the front and rear doors would not lock. This was reported to the property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very relaxing place to stay. You are centrally located between Key West and Marathon. If I had my boat (flew down) I would have been in heaven. Caught fish right off the back porch. Bait freezer on the porch and great store on the property made everything easy. Pool is clean and well managed also. Security is a great plus. We will definitely go back.

We enjoyed the property and accommodations. The deck and boat dock more perfect. The house is a little small but everything worked perfectly.

There were still dirty towels when we arrived. The wood on the deck is dry rotting. It had a funny smell to it. You can’t wash and dry at the time and the dryer takes forever to dry. Anything I tried to reach out to someone by sending a message I never received a response back. It is a nice set up but things need to be updated and labeled.
