Serenity is what you'll have here in this gorgeously appointed rental unit! Serene, spacious, and spic 'n span clean! This a very quiet residential block in Wildwood, south of the convention center, and near the Wildwood Crest border. You are just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, and two short blocks from the Wildwood Crest border here. QUIET! No noise! Yet everything that you and your children want to do and see is right up the street. Walk to everything and everywhere from this very convenient location. This is a small six unit building. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is exactly what you are looking for - newly furnished and well equipped and very clean too. This is a family favorite - a "family oriented" atmosphere. RENTALS ARE TO FAMILIES OR VERY MATURE ADULTS ONLY. NO RENTALS ARE PERMITTED TO GROUPS UNDER 25 WITHOUT EACH YOUNG ADULT ACCOMPANIED BY AND SUPERVISED BY HIS OR HER OWN PARENT AT ALL TIMES. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE WITH AN 'UNDER 25' GROUP TYPE RENTAL. I CAN'T HELP YOU. *Master bedroom has a KING bed, full private bath *2nd bedroom - QUEEN bed *3rd bedroom - FULL bed plus a set of TWIN-TWIN bunks *Dining area has a really nice large 'pub' style table with 8 chairs. There is counter top dining for a few more in the kitchen *Beautiful kitchen! All appliances and amenities. Beautiful upgraded cabinetry with granite counter tops and pretty tile back splash. This is a 'great room' style set up - living/dining/kitchen/front deck - all 'open concept'. The chef in the family will be happy to prepare meals and snacks, while feeling like part of the party in the center of the room. There is room for everyone here, and everyone will be comfortable. *Living area with a sofa sleeper/loveseat and additional chairs. There is a big screen LCD HDTV mounted over the fireplace. *Private front deck. Quiet! Enjoy your morning coffee and people watch from your balcony. *Two car garage parking. *Hose in the yard to rinse off after the beach.

We enjoyed our week in Wildwood. The property was clean and ready to go at check in. Good communication with the property manager. Quiet neighborhood and readily accessible to the beach and all activities.

Overall very nice. As a family of 5, it was great to have a space for everyone and the nice kitchen. Also reserved garage parking was a HUGE plus! The listing didnt mention the storage room with a ton of beach equipment like chairs and things, so that was a nice surprise when the agent told us that at check in.
I only have 3 complaints: 1) The listing did NOT specify that we would have to bring linens, toilet paper, etc. This would have been nice to know that at the time of booking, since that does factor into my decision-making… 2) The house had NOT been professionally cleaned. There was dust accumulated on the ceiling fans which aggravated my allergies terribly. Also dust on the dining area floor, and some hairs on the bathroom floor. I assumed that the cleaning fee would have addressed these things. Also one of the bunk beds had a yellow stain on the mattress pad, which was rather off-putting…3) There was no live tv or cable. We could only stream youtube videos. You could also login to netflix. We just had to remember to log out. Fortunately there were many fun things to do in the area and the weather was perfect. Had there been a rainy day though, the lack of TV would have been even more frustrating.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is beautiful!! It had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. It was in a perfect location. It was quiet, yet close to everything.

The home was clean and comfortable but the check in process was not convenient. And there was a lack of communication. The emails told me one time for check in but when I spoke to property manager it was a different situation.

This condo was very nice, comfortable, and well stocked. Perfect location for our visit, which was to join my sons for a boat day from Lighthouse Point Marina. My young adult daughter was also able to walk to the boardwalk. 3 spacious bedrooms, and overall nice size and adorably decorated. Loved sitting out on the balcony, and loved having garage parking!

Very nice
The property was just as listing and pictures depicted. Very up to date and very clean. Of course with covid we had to being a lot of extra stuff such as blankets, sheets, towels ext. But overall worth it.

My family and I had a great time! There’s something to do every day in wildwood. The home was beautiful and in great shape. My children loved their rooms and everyone had their own tv so no fighting🙂! The beach was a short walk! We fished, went to the water park, amusement park, drove to cape may zoo, board walk aquarium, ate at local restaurants and everything was very friendly! We can’t wait to return and enjoy ourselves again. The price is worth it and we stayed 7 nights!

Excellent Vacation
My family and I had a great time! There’s something to do every day in wildwood. The home was beautiful and in great shape. My children loved their rooms and everyone had their own tv so no fighting🙂! The beach was a short walk! We fished, went to the water park, amusement park, drove to cape may zoo, board walk aquarium, ate at local restaurants and everything was very friendly! We can’t wait to return and enjoy ourselves again. The price is worth it and we stayed 7 nights!
