Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots. Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well. What to be aware of: - Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. The temperature in the Rockies cools off around 8 o'clock every evening, therefore an AC is not necessary. - There are stairs up to the main entrance.-Private 2 Car garage. Oversized trucks and SUVs may not fit in garage. There is paid parking in Keystone for overflow vehicles.  Please ensure that you do not park in front of the garage if your vehicle does not fit as this is a fire lane.- No smoking allowed.- No pets allowed. - Must be 25 years or older to book.
