Hosts communicated very well, and well in advance. There was an issue with the pack and play we'd requested and they resolved it right away. The house is good, with average beds, décor, yard space, etc. But the location is stellar and the price was very reasonable. We were able to get to town very quickly and our two kids slept well here. It was nice having TVs in the rooms.

We had a lovely stay! The home is comfortable and very clean with cozy beds, a nice kitchen and washer dryer which we loved! Our doggies enjoyed the treats left for them and the fenced in yard. Perfect location to parks and downtown. We were in town to see the Hurricanes and this location was great! Hosts were very responsive!

Property manager was prompt to reply. The backyard was securely fenced and good sized for our dog to run around. The neighborhood was quiet during our stay. There is a bus stop nearby, but we weren’t bothered by it. There are sound machines provided in each room. The house was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

So our plans changed and we had to cut our stay short. The owners were easy to talk to and help us make arrangements as necessary. The property was cute, clean, and updated. Would stay here again for sure!

We used this house for a short Christmas trip to Raleigh. It is a part of Raleigh I was less familiar but a great location to Cary, where we used to live, and North Raleigh to see the in-laws. The house is well maintained, clean, and has plenty of room. It was very nice to have a yard to let the dog roam freely and he was very settled the entire time. It was nice to have his own goodie basket however he did look at the small bowls with a little suspicion since he is a Great Dane! We are always prepared though. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

House very nice- everything you need. Beds were comfortable. Very nice to provide coffee sugar and creamer. Noise machines in bedrooms were very thoughtful. Private fenced yard. Would stay here again.

My husband and kids stayed to attend a reptile show at the museum. Location was perfect and so much nicer than staying at a hotel. Thanks for letting us stay!

The Positive: The house is in a great location, close to a food lion, family dollar, and wallgreens. Lots of restaurants within a short drive. It was easy to find with plenty of parking. The owners are responsive to messages and very thoughtful with the welcome basket. The beds are very comfortable and tvs in 2 of the bedrooms has been nice. The folder they have is absolutely AMAZING it helped us find so much neat things to do in the area, Pullen Park is a MUST! The house is cozy and very "homey" we loved our stay here. The thick, black out curtains made resting during the day possible. There is a bathwash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser in the shower- that was so nice to have! Kitchen is well stocked with plastic and glass dish options, also a wonderful coffee/tea bar.
The negative, there's not much bad to say. Just some notes to consider when booking.
The shower is very high & slippery. My mom is elderly and had trouble getting in and out of it also hard to make a bath for my toddler with the stationary glass door. The stones leading from the porch are also VERY slick when wet.
There is a bus stop right in the front yard so all times of the day and night you hear people outside. The front door had a huge window where anyone could see in. Bugs came in with the excess rain.
We loved our stay! Would definitely stay again!

We had our son's graduation and everything went a lot more than perfect!!!!! We did not have to worry about where to stay, or how far the house will be from the ceremony location. We were so lucky to find this place, which it was only 8-10 minutes to the Center. the neighborhood was nice and quite, even the city bus stop is right outside the house, I never heard the bus stopping by. Darren and Rebecca, thank you very much for letting us use your house and made this trip a wonderful memory in our lives.

We stayed in this house a few days during our home remodel. It was a cute house with everything we needed for our family and dog. The only downside was the bus stop in the front yard which added some additional noise but was not a huge deal.

Overall this place is super cozy. It's in an up and coming, but older neighborhood. I felt safe. The house itself is just big enough. The decor is good, as is the privacy of the back entrance. The internet is very good (Google Fiber). The only drawback is the master bedroom faces a city bus line. That was not a dealbreaker for me.

Cozy house near downtown Raleigh. Easy access to public transportation and great places to walk. Grocery stores and food are extremely close which is great. Gated deck was great for letting our dogs spend sometime outside. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything you would expect to have in a kitchen. Owners where quick to respond when we needed some help getting in. Overall, great place to stay in Raleigh.

The house was just as described on the site. Better actually, they left us the cutest little welcoming basket that even had treats for our dogs. The home was clean as could be and very cozy. The ease of the location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area. 5 star stay for sure!
