All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Guests under 25 are not permitted to drive the golf cart, only the primary renter over 25. Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or the end of Highway 30A to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Reservations are fully refundable until 60 days from check-in.
