A shared bathroom conveniently services these bedrooms. Downstairs, a bonus room offers extra space for fun and relaxation. This versatile space can be a game room for rainy day entertainment or a sleeping area with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. An additional bathroom on this level provides added convenience. Step outside and embrace the beauty of canalfront living. Elegant French doors off the living room lead to a spacious deck, perfect for enjoying meals under the sun while taking in the scenic canal views. There's even ample space for sunbathing. The outdoor fun continues underneath the house where you'll find a covered patio area with a table for casual meals, providing a shaded escape on hot days. Enjoy the gentle breeze and sway gently on the charming bench swing, all within earshot of the calming sounds of the water. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

We enjoyed our time here, and enjoyed fishing from the back yard. It was nice and cozy for our group of 13. I recommend this property when going to Galveston. We had a great time!

This property was not as nice as the pictures make it look. We were supposed to have a 4pm check in time but the cleaning lady was still there at 6pm and said we had to wait till she was done before we could check in. We were going to cook dinner only to find out that there were not pots and pans. And then the plumbing was having issues. We tried to turn on the fishing lights to be told they don’t come with the house. When going the bed the first night, one of the beds had no blankets on it. Will not stay here again.

Communication was great. Property was ok, a little run down, not what I was expecting. There were bugs, ants and some roaches as well. House needs repairs and updates. Overall, ok stay but could be nicer for the price.

We took our family on vacation and spent 7 wonderful nights here. Our children were safe here. We enjoyed every moment. The neighbors didnt seem bothered by us, however we aren't a rowdy bunch. For our 1st large family vacation, we feel blessed. You won't be sorry renting this cute, cozy, light and airy house.

This house was amazing and went above all expectations. The room with the arcade is downstairs and like it’s own apartment with a full bathroom which is an amazing getaway as well! The company is so responsive and I never had to question anything about the stay because they were very prompt and informative

Our family vacation at this beautiful canal front home was unforgettable! The mesmerizing waterfront view and private dock allowed for boating, kayaking, and fishing, which we all loved. The tranquil atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. The outdoor space was amazing, with a spacious deck for lounging and admiring the canal views. We enjoyed family cookouts on the grill and the kids loved playing in the well-maintained yard. The peaceful setting was perfect for unwinding. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with quality linens and charming waterside-themed decor. We can't wait to return to this incredible home for more cherished memories!

Three families had a great time at this rental. We liked that it has lots of beds to accomodate groups and the place is decorated really cute. Manager was in touch throughout the stay and was easy to get in contact with.

We stayed here over the weekend, Friday - Sunday. I selected this location since it slept 18 and there was more parking for more than 4 cars. So, I want to completely honest with my review just so the next traveler knows, the house is a lot smaller than it appears on the posted pictures. The ad that it sleeps 18 is overrated. There are so many beds jammed into each room to list the home for 18. There is a very small round kitchen table that at best will seat 3 and the chairs at the table are very fragile and will fold down. The second bathroom along with the 4th bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms and you have to go outside and downstairs to access that room with the beds, bathroom and 'game-room' that is advertised is all in one space. Both bathrooms on this property are tiny. The bedroom/game-room downstairs had a queen bed that was broken. There are two boards holding it up and the middle section is sunken in. I notified the owner and his reply was simply thanks for letting me know. The living room has a very small low couch that was full of the outside bugs. The sliding door to the master that is right off of the kitchen does not stay close for any type of privacy at all. The balcony, although it is big it seemed to be unstable when we would walk on it. And if you are booking this for fishing, we had 5 guys that were not able to catch anything. Not 1 fish!! Also, the neighbors across from the home that are very close to you stood in the windows and watched a good amount of time over at our family. Overall, not what I expected at all when paying this amount to get a way for a weekend. Book at your own discretion but you have been warned. Not satisfied at all with this property.

We had a great time with 4 days at the canal house. It was very clean and everything looked new. The kids loved the arcade downstairs and everyone loved watching sunset on the upstairs deck. The hammock and swings were very relaxing and we even rented bikes for the teens to ride around the neighborhood . While most of the adults and kids enjoyed the beach and touring around Galveston my elderly parents remained in the house . They still had a good time in the cool house and hanging out on the deck enjoying the view and meals with the family. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back again. The host was also friendly and we had no problems with checking in or out; everything went smoothly. Thanks, we had a great time!
