My husband and I and another couple enjoyed our stay in this cozy and well decorated house while attending a Hog game. The location is so close and convenient. The hosts were accommodating and have provided many amenities to make their guests feel at home, including a snack basket, coffee pods, spices... All in all a nice experience and we have already recommended the property to friends.

My family stayed here while in town for the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival where our twins competed.Staying in this home made me miss living in a smaller place. Don’t get me wrong, this place is perfect for your standard family. I really enjoyed how it felt like a home the owners really took pride in. Will stay again in the future.

This house was perfect to stay while we moved my son into his next townhome near campus. It was so inviting when we arrived and I had a few nice chats with the owner who is very accommodating and fast to reply. This was a little quiet haven to come back to as we worked all day on the move. Less than 10 min from campus. I would highly recommend!

House was very clean and welcoming! Wonderful little touches - the snack basket, the shampoo/conditioner, the decorations, the kind instructions easily accessible in the kitchen. John was easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. Will absolutely love to stay again!!!

We visited Fayetteville for University of Arkansas student orientation with our son. It was a very short drive to campus (<5 minutes). The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. The beautiful backyard went on for days and was park-like, great for sitting on the back porch in the morning under the big trees. We were VERY grateful for the delicious snacks left for guests by the front door as we were in and out for orientation and it helped fuel our all-day sessions. John was connected and helpful with suggestions for restaurants (we took his advice and tried Hugo's - it was really great!). Please also visit Pearl's Bookstore downtown; it was our favorite stop of the whole trip.

We came to visit our son for the weekend and this house is so close to the university! The space was perfect, we cooked dinner and fed him and a hand full of friends, played some games and had a great visit. Being close to campus is so perfect for the kids to come and relax and still go back to their beds! Thanks hosting a great home!!

Spent the weekend at John's place. Home is exactly as advertised, close to campus, clean and comfortable. On demand hot water was a nice touch, cold weekend of baseball and never ran out of hot water.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The hosts were so accommodating and really offered such helpful and personal service for our trip to watch the Hogs! We walked to the stadium from the house!! It’s a good mile and a half but totally doable!

Me and my friends booked this place for my 21st birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The decor was so cute and modern, the backyard was big and beautiful, and it was in a peaceful neighborhood!! 10/10 would definitely stay there again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better first VRBO experience! The house was adorable and had absolutely everything you could think of. The yard was perfect for the kids to get their wiggles out after a long drive. The beds and rooms were so inviting and so comfortable! The service provided by John was wonderful. He was very helpful and attentive in making sure we were happy and well taken care of. We recently found out about family living in Fayetteville and this will absolutely be our go to place to stay every time we visit!
