Wonderful room and location.

We stayed here overnight. The location was central to our needs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. Staff was friendly and the lobby was a nice, open space and had a little coffee/ pastry kiosk.

Perfect hotel, great staff and location and services.

Our sink was clogged and toilet wouldn’t flush without holding the lever for a minute. It wasn’t very soundproof because we heard everyone outside our room.
Restaurant and staff were great.

Check in was easy and we were able to check in early. The bathrooms need a deep clean. It was extremely hot in our room when we arrived (80 degrees), someone came and worked on it but it was still hot all night even though the thermostat said 65. The property is pretty and you have easy access to downtown.

Hotel location is great, room was clean and property was also clean, staff was helpful.

The heat in the room was not blowing hot air. We had gone out so I didn’t realize until late that it was not working. It was a long cold night. My partner slept through it and luckily there were decent covers on the bed so I could somewhat cope with this miserable night.

The location is great for the hotel. The amenities and access in the hotel are also very nice. However, be warned the walls are THIN. Especially for the joining rooms. People were loud in the room next to us till 3AM and it sounded like they were in our room. Beds were comfy, fairly clean but definitely soms stray hairs that were not ours on towels and the counters.

Charging stations did not work in our room and one elevator was out resulting in long waits for the other two.

This appears to be a grand hotel in the early stages of decline. Facilities were clean and comfortable. All the staff was warm and friendly. But....two of the hotels three elevators were out of order causing long waits...we used service elevators to get to our room. In the room, we struggled a bit to use the TV and the coffee maker. The power cord for the TV was unplugged...not from the wall, but from the TV. The power strip for the coffee maker was unplugged and turned ott. We would stay again, but these issues leave you scratching your head.

My bathroom sink was leaking, the hallway smelled like baby diapers, and the elevators weren't working. The restaurant was great and the front desk was kind and helpful.

The elevators have been broken for more than two months. The service elevators we could use smelled like feces. The rooms were very uneven. Mine had no fridge and the toilet ran all the time. My friend’s had obviously buckling floors and some mold but did have a fridge. It was a hovel

This place is old, outdated and desperately needs to be updated!!

This property only had 1 main elevator working but they allowed you to use the service elevators which took hundreds of people through the kitchen area, which was very unsanitary. Our tub was holding water while showering and there was what appeared to be nose mucus on the wall by the bed lamp.

We were in town to see Home Free, the hotel was located perfectly next to the venue, we enjoy the restaurant and the bar and we definitely stay again if we were in the area

Elevators were having issues so it took a rather long time getting up and down floors. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was okay. The staff was amazing.

It was a beautiful hotel, beautiful room. Extremely friendly and amazing staff. But for a room that was over $200 a night????
.... no microwave, no fridge, the lamp kept flickering, one of the switches didn't work. Like the room was awesome, clean, and the bed was comfy. But it was missing all the basics- and even a cheap motel offers that so i was like what the heck.
Also, the wifi there isnt protected at all. Theres conference, public, and guest networks- and you dont have to enter a password for ANY of them. So you absolutely should use a VPN if using wifi there.
My reservation didnt connect to my marriot bonvoy account, so i didnt get my points and I wasnt able to access all the features such as using my phone as a key card.
If you have money to waste, its a good place to stay. But if you really are treating yourself to a nice room for once, id go elsewhere.

Well, where do I start first the elevators was broken, and it took forever for the elevators to come. They had us using the service elevator where we had to go in the kitchen, which I thought was ridiculous. Things in the room wasn’t working, and I felt like they should accommodate everybody with a free breakfast or something because it was ridiculous what we had to go through and spent all this money for a room and then plus had to pay $20 for parking, I will not be returning to this hotel. The staff was friendly, but the whole environment of dealing with the elevators and other things was ridiculous for the money that we paid.

My stay was okay overall, but there were a few things I wasn’t a fan of and were disappointing. The elevators were not in service and had to go through the kitchen and hallways to use the staff elevator. The rooms do not include a refrigerator, wifi was not consistently working, the water pressure for the restroom was really poor, and they have no shower curtain liners so water gets everywhere.

The elevators were down. It was like going through a maze to find the service elevators. The first room I was assigned to I went up, opened the door to find that there was someone else already in the room. The hotel should be closed for a deep cleaning, the carpets in the hallway looked like they had not vacuumed in weeks, the walls in the hallways were not clean. The actual room I was in the condition was pretty good, the furniture was a little worn but the view was amazing. I almost asked for my money back but it was late when I arrive and I was only there for the night. Would not book again. Oh and the parking deck gates were broken as well. Nothing Worked SMH!
