We tend to have our go to hotel when visiting OKC. Made a switch here for the weekend, and my family had a great experience. The breakfast was delightful, and fresh. The room was clean. My kids loved our name on the tv.

Best hotel when I come and visit this state! Rooms are clean and comfrontable, Staff is great, and the hotel is safe whenever I come. I do want to highlight the breakfast crew they are amazing and makes the morning so much fun-they are amazing. I'll will be back for sure

Everything was fantastic but the AC wouldn’t throw cold air so we just opened the sliding glass door on balcony to cool off room.

Great hotel would recommend heater for pool during cooler months. Pool temp was pretty chilly.

Minus the people that thought it would be a good idea to converge in the hallway, it’s always a great stay. The folks in the hallway were not the properties fault, nor did I ever call to complain so do not hold that against them. Why did I mention it then? Just letting you know what it’s like in your room at 10:00 PM. This is a great property and I’d love to stay in the future

The hotel was nice and clean. We only stayed one night and we had the breakfast the next day. Breakfast was included with our stay and was really good. We both had a made to order omelette and the coffee and fruit was great. Our room was excellent- clean and was very roomy. Will stay again in the future.

The staff members including the hotel manager would benefit from more training on customer and hospitality services as well as software, systems and processes.
It was very frustrating booking through a third party provider and your staff members..

The room was nice except it was cold and wouldnt warm up. In the morning, the sink had no hot, not even warm water. The shower did not work at all. Typical good embassy suite breakfast.

This hotel is the most clean and comfortable hotel in OKC at this pricepoint.

Although it is an older establishment, the recent renovation made this hotel as one of the most comfortable and luxurious hotels in OKC. The rooms are simply huge, the bathrooms look nice with good water pressure, the beds are very comfortable and all in all in a perfect location for individuals and families for business or leisure trips. I lived in many other 5-star hotels and this is certainly worth taking a look! Oh, I forgot to mention about breakfast- fabulous!

The tub was stopped up and heating unit wasn’t working properly!!!! Maintenance brought a floor heater for the room

This hotel was very neat and clean. Service was wonderful in all areas. The morning buffet manager, was the best manager I’ve ever seen. She greeted everybody and waited on as many people as she could and was constantly cleaning and picking up!!

I’ve stay here on the 15th,and 8th floor the mattress are horrible. They are worn down and uncomfortable. The breakfast is amazing. But what the hotel price is at night it’s not worth the money.

overall very good property. However, they did charge me a fee for my daughter who has a physical disability and is autistic emotional support pet. Reason I wanted to stay in the hotel because it said it was pet friendly, and they still charged me
