The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. Several lights were not working and we had to call maintenance. The bed was old, worn out, and uncomfortable. The room was use some modernization. Parking was at a premium and not in front of our room.

Our experience was not what we expected at all. We booked for two nights but ended up leaving after just three hours. The room was not in good shape—the carpet was old and stained, the toilet didn't flush properly, and it seemed like some people were living there permanently, which made us feel uncomfortable. The bedding and furniture were dirty, and the pool was full of trash and bugs. When we complained at the front desk, all they said was sorry. We're really hoping to get our money back. All the reviews are lies!

The only thing good about this place is the room was a good size. The room smelt dingy and the bathroom was dirty. Beds aren't the most comfortable. This hotel is near train tracks which could be heard throughout the night. Breakfast was nothing special.

We didn’t get refresh as confirmed upon checkin! Our dining table was infested w/ ants so that was disturbing, we lost some food! But honestly the location was ideal to our needs, we will come back and try it again!!

We stayed for two weeks. Pros: Excellent location for exploring from Palm Beach to Ft Lauderdale. A helpful, friendly staff. Regularly scheduled housekeeping (every third day, plus on request). Pleasant comfortable studio with 2 queen beds with a couch/sleep sofa. Full working kitchen and with coffee maker and toaster. Decent free internet. Cons: Outdated TV with only cable TV and with no internet capability, so no Netflix, etc. Fortunately we brought a laptop with an HDMI cord and streamed on the TV via our computer. The TV must be replaced to modern standards. The room advertised a fireplace. But a sign on the fireplace advised that it was there "for decoration only" and was not operational. The advertising should not have mentioned it as a feature. Studio could use more lamps to brighten the room. All in all we definitely will come back.

Space was great for family of 5. Clean and comfortable beds. Our room had 2 bathrooms and and full kitchen. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were in on a Sunday and could tell that it was a hotel that was convenient for business travelers since it's in a corporate business area. Very quiet on the weekend. Staff was courteous. Room was nice, clean and had all the amenities needed. Free breakfast was also ample and much appreciated.

Although the property didn’t feel terribly dirty, it is very outdated. Felt over priced for the conditions. The property is in the middle of a commercial area of business offices, can’t walk to anything near by. Need to drive 10 min to get to anything. My kids enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Was happy I was only there for one night.

Room has smell of mold or having had water damage. Toilet was not working properly. Refrigerator in poor condition. Room in need of updating and repair. Staff was amazing, front desk, breakfast area, etc. Kudos to them!

Because we were driving through the night with a 7 month old, they allowed early check-in and a late check-out. Provided a Pac N Play in the room free of charge (we could not fit ours in the car:) and were very accommodating. Will return!

Location was a little tricky to find as the place is designed for business travelers but the location was clean and the breakfast options were worthy of waking up early to attend. The rooms were clean and felt like an apartment that could live for months on end.

Cute little place, the staff was great, everything was clean, but they need to update all the linen, towels, mattresses and the carpet could use a steamed or a shampoo. The king bed and the sofa bed were very uncomfortable and the phone did not work in our room! I don’t see myself staying there anymore, unless they do some updates!

This is a dated property that needs rennovation. The staff however are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel; borders a road that is sort of a truck route so a bit noisy especially trying to sit by the pool during the day. The room furnishing are also pretty beat up. Also a bit hard to find the entrance.
