Floors were dirty, stains on sheets, towels stained, paper thin walls, people outside all night, looked like there were tenants living there.

Weather was windy but nice. The bed was good. Because this hotel and all of the others along I10 are so close to the highway it is very noisy all hours of the night. Had a person talking loudly at 2AM walking outside out room door. He was startled when the dog next door backed and hit the window. It is well lit though.

The front desk lady that checked me was very rude and disrespectful. After asking if i had an animal with me. I replied yes a cat. She then told me that they make you put up a 100.00 dollar hold . Then she gave me the room key. She never told me anything about the pet policy. I was then asked to leave 3 days later. I will never say at that place ever again do to the failure to tell peopl about there policies dealing with pets and the lack of professionalism that they should have being in the hospitality industry. The worst stay ever at a motel 6.

Terrible location. Next to the highway. It’s noisy with many strangers walking around. The place has a new floors but otherwise is beat up. We didn’t really feel save there.

I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. The loudest fire alarm imaginable went off at 2 AM and was not turned for 45 minutes. No apology nor refund given, despite me asking very politely. Place is in a dangerous neighborhood and should be avoided at all costs.

This hotel has great staff and a great location however the rooms are kind of in need of major repairs and the furniture is needing replaced. I was so tired I went in the room went to sleep my trip was unrefundable and by time I woke up I noticed that the door was practically off the hinges the towels were so dirty they should have been replaced automatically and the mattresses were absolutely disgusting. If you could cover it up and get away with it it's great but unfortunately when I noticed the situation it was too late for a refund and to discussing to stay again some of the rooms are a better condition but to take the risk on getting a clean room versus a dirty room well that's the option you have

Once I checked in and got to my room the desk was scratched in multiple areas, it looks as in someone was cutting up there drugs on the table. I went to tell the front desk that the desk looking like that when I arrived. Upon checkout, I was told that they were taking my deposit due to the fact that the desk had scratch marks on it and ashes on the floor. What they called ashes was really dirt and clumps of mud from my shoes due to it was raining and I had taken my dog for a walk around the neighborhood. When I asked to speak with a manager about this. I was told I would not be getting back my hundred dollar deposit no matter who I talked to about this problem. I got the corporate number and called them. I was basically told the same thing in different words. They said they were going to get back to me. They would look into the problem. It’s been over a week now and I’ve yet to hear back from them.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and nice. The room was less than great. Construction was obvious around the hotel and the room was not very clean. Area of town was less than desired to say the least. Lock your car doors and slide the dresser in front of the door! Eek.

I enjoyed my stay at the Motel 6 Tuscon. The location of the hotel was convenient for the places that I visited. The WiFi worked well throughout the stay. The room was cleaned everyday, as well, which was nice. The hotel is located near a highway (I-10) so there is a lot of road noise. It didn't really bother me during the trip but it could be a problem for some people.

Rude manager. Homeless people looking in my truck and trying to get in my room. Accused of destroying linens which was untrue. Bathroom door falling off, terrible shower, huge gap around the entry door.

I reserved a room for four nights online and paid for the room with a credit card but when I got there I was told that I need to pay $100 deposit in cash which I did. When I got into my room I noticed that things were broken such as the AC unit and the back to the TV remote was missing. It was a non-smoking room, but they were cigarette burns all over the place and the room smelled of like mold or mothballs or something so I went and told the office that and the lady told me that almost all of the rooms are like that so not to worry that I still get my deposit back in the morning. Well when I checked out and asked for my deposit back the lady told me that they were things missing out of my room and she tried to say that my room smelled like drugs. Me nor my boyfriend do drugs? If you stood outside our front door you could smell drugs coming from multiple rooms so I feel like it transferred over to our room and we were blamed for something we did not do at all. We also had somebody knock on our door asking if we wanted to “Have a good time” and He meant sexually and with drugs. When we told him no and that he needed leave before we called, but we noticed that he sat in his car facing our hotel room for a while before he actually leave. So when we were trying to check out the the front desk lady was extremely rude and would not give us her(z name or phone number for corporate so that we could reach out and dispute getting our deposit back.

Beware this hotel charges cash only deposit of $100. The vendor has an ATM, but it’s one of those ATMs that charge $5 fees and the hotel gets a cut of it. very predatory and scammy. don’t stay here.

Late night arrival, front desk attendant was nice. Room and building needs some modernization. Floors not cleaned well and scratched up. Bed was comfortable enough. Shower & tub needs some work and gap at bottom of front door. Bare bones minimum, price was low so? I guess you get what you paid for!?

Room was located a good city block in a different building from the office where the only ice machine and drink vending machine were, had to drive to get these things. Had hard time finding room, no map given, told room facing the other hotel, had to ask cleaning crew who didn't know at first. Felt we were given a room way out of the way because we had two small dogs. Our pets are well behaved and kenneled. Seems like this hotel chain has issues repairing bathrooms when something is damaged or broken. This motel used a lot of drywall patch but inexpertly applied. Sad experience.

The stay at motel 6 was terrible our room was dirty with bugs in bed and the bathroom was flooded. The staff was really unprofessional.. I would like to get a reimbursement for the stay.. they asked for 100.00 dollar deposit . When it was tie to checkout they charged us for towels that we didn't dirty. We advice the staff which was the day time manager about the flood in the bathroom and the bugs. She did not do nothing about it.. I asked for a different room since it was dirty and with bugs but she did not moved us.

The room smelled like urine. The bath light fell off the wall. I work at night and asked not to be bothered during the day because I sleep during the day. They hammered on the door during the day. Adding insult to injury they charged me $50 in damage, because they said I urinated on the floor. Very very dishonest people.
