Easy to access, great staff, very friendly & welcoming. We were there for the HS Marching Band Nationals, the management at the hotel was very patient & knowledgeable of the potential shenanigans high schoolers can cause, and they still smile! Great place!

Room was clean and perfect for our one night stay. Not sure why they had the coffee pot in the bathroom thats gross...move it!!..Lots of food options nearby. Our only complaint was the check in, I booked through expedia and used some of my one key cash and they acted like they didnt know how to finalize that. They were saying the funds weren't released. Ive never had that problem before.

The location of this hotel is great, the Camille’ cleanliness not so much. The bathroom tub looked like it hadn’t been Cleaned often. For some reason the room was really humid and damp and the a/c wasn’t working properly.

The morning after our stay, I called for checkout which was at 11. I was lying on the bed waiting for my daughter to change when I heard a knock. I immediately started toward the door. Before I could get there the door started to open. Slightly alarmed, I pulled the door the remaining way and there was a man asking if I was checking out. I said I’m waiting till around 11 and he proceeds to tell me that I need to put the do not disturb sign up. At this point I’m offended because he had not at least said sorry for opening a door to an occupied room so I let the door close. I could hear him say “don’t slam the door in my face”. About 15 min later we leave and I see this man look at me from down the hall and he started walking towards me. I move to right of the hallway and he moves further right to intercept my path. I moved to the other side rather then bump him but asked him what his problem was. Things escalated quickly and we both begin to yell at each other. In the end nothing physical happened. He claimed to be a manager and we left without further incident. Maybe it was childish of me to close the door on him but I expected at least a sorry when someone attempts to come in while me and my daughter are still in there. He, however, took it too a completely different level when he attempted to bump into me in the hall. And I also wonder how scared my daughter would have been if she had been there alone when this happened. Never staying at a Best Western again

There were some minor issues with our first room smelling like smoke when we checked in. But we had no problems being switched to another room which had a minor leak from the toilet bolts which was fixed when we notified the front desk immediately. Also, the television and the breakfast area did not show a picture so you just had to listen to the news in the morning while eating breakfast. But, the rooms were really nice overall the beds were very comfortable and the furniture was really nice. So with all that being said I would recommend this hotel very highly it was really quiet and we got a great night's sleep I would definitely stay here again in the future. I forgot the breakfast was on point!

Unannoucned mandatory $150, deposit. No breakfest as advertised, no place to sit for breakfest. The NOISE went on to 11pm. It was like a zoo when we arrived

Not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating! It’s updated, it’s clean, and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is the $40. pet fee.

Glee really enjoyed staying at the Best Western it was very clean and very friendly. Some Hotels don’t have a great Breakfast like this one it was awesome. If you left the hungry it was your own fault. They had two waffle makers, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and just about everything that you wanted for breakfast. There is a great restaurant called Bubba’s about a 1 minute walk from the hotel they have really great pizza and cold beer and great service. The next we are close to there we will stay there again. Thank you Expedia showing us where to stayed

The hotel accused us of smoking in the room and charged us $250.00, even though we never did such a thing. We spoke with the front desk staff about it and they said there was nothing they could do, even though there was no proof of any kind that we did this. The ‘manager’ who was not present at the time said, it smelled like smoke in our room when they went in there, which they should have never done anyway, because we had the do not disturb sign on the door the entire time. Now I have to contest charges with my credit card company for this, because I’m being accused of something that I didn’t do and there is no proof of having done it. If we had smoked in the room it would be obvious, and those in our room that were smokers can be seen on the cameras leaving the building to do so. If they were smoking in the room, why would they be going outside to do it? That makes no sense

My husband fell in the ADA shower. He was not severely hurt, bruised, and a couple of cuts. The manager didn't react as a manager initially, she reacted as a MOTHER. Her main concern was his wellbeing, her secondary concern was immediately making sure that could not happen again. While the incident was traumatic, the manager's reaction was STUNNING.

We were traveling to see family over Memorial Day in Indy. Obviously with the Indy 500 and the holiday weekend, our options were pretty limited as most hotels were sold out months in advance. We ended up booking at the Best Western in Fishers at a rate that would be more appropriate for the Ritz Carlton but I don't blame them for raising their rates for a busy weekend like that. Overall, the hotel was fine. On a normal weekend, I would never pay as much as we did for this hotel. And I'll be honest, I'm basing my review partially on that. All of the staff that we interacted with were friendly and there had clearly been some recent attempts to do some remodels of the building. My partner also commented that the hotel was quite good. And lastly, the beds were quite comfortable. Now for the cons: first, the bathrooms need a full gut rehab. It had the feeling of a bandaid over a bullet wound kind of a situation. The ceiling was disgusting, much of the metal (vents, sprinkler system) were rusty, the tile appeared from the 1980's. The towels were also tiny and hard as a rock. While the parking lot is well lit, I could see families feeling uncomfortable at night. It's nextdoor to a really sleazy motel and has lots of dark corners. I live in a major city and had my eyes peeled for trouble. Overall, the stay was ok. For a family/person on a budget I would think it would be fine. For the price we paid, I would have expected much better.
