This Hotel was so nice and the room was surprisingly large. I had two queens with a couch and two televisions. The breakfast had a cost but a reasonable pricing, with a chef and they gave us one complement breakfast. Will be back.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The restaurant and hotel was gorgeous. Food was on point. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable all around amazing hotel.

No hot water both days. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night neighbors kept us up all night with Yelling and fighting. When we finally did get to bed at five or 6 AM a garbage truck was backing up for a whole hour with a Beeping noise. Maid Tried to come in our room both days we were there, even though we said no thank she kept trying to come in anyway thankfully we had the door locked with the safety latch. Got up Saturday morning the pool was closed the whole morning.

We had a wonderful visit. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Attempted to call the property 4 times to communicate that my flights were delayed causing us to not be able to check in on Friday, but would still be arriving on Saturday. I was placed on hold & hung up on all 4 times while calling in between flight transfers. When I called Saturday I was again placed on hold twice before being hung up on. The third time I demanded to not be placed on hold. I stayed the above & said we were coming for check in. I was told we no longer has a reservation through Sunday. That the hotel never attempted to contact me. & that I would be charged in full for Fri thru Sunday. I left two messages for manager. Still no call back.

Front desk staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that there is no free breakfast, so my wife and I went next door to Cracker Barrel to eat.

Too many vehicles in parking lot taking up more than one parking space. Nowhere to park when returning to motel for the night. We had to park in the lot of the adjacent property.

The hotel was nice and clean. Parking to me was a bit messy or confusing. Several hotels and businesses share connecting parking lots. So to and from the vehicles is a bit farther away then many other hotels I've stayed at. The price, location and reviews are why I chose this one. I would stay here again.

The hotel rooms are clean & comfortable. We had some issues at check-in. First room we were given was occupied when we opened the door. 2nd room smelled like smoke (the front desk mgr came up and determined it was smoke). 3rd room was fine but we thought the thermostat didn't work because the 2nd room had the thermostat on the wall and when we went to adjust it in the 3rd room it wouldn't work. It turned out that it wasn't hooked to the a/c and you had to adjust on the a/c unit. However, the front desk staff were attentive and addressed the issues immediately.

The property was clean, but breakfast was not included in the price of the room. Also, the room was clean, but the room was hot at night and stuffy. I had to keep turning the air condintioning on because it was so hot.

The walls are thin. We could hear everything from hallways and surrounding rooms. Staff was really nice and room was very clean.

The hotel lobby was clean and front desk staff were super friendly. Our room on the 4th floor was nice and clean. It came with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The double queen beds were confortable and the bathroom was clean. They offer breakfast in the morning for $11.00. I felt that it should of been complimentary for what we paid for the room. The surrounding area had other dining options available that were convenient. Overall would stay here again.

Nice and convenient hotel we stayed at while visiting family for a long weekend. Plenty of restaurants and stores right near us. Comfortable and clean. Only negative was we had a hard time with finding a parking spot when ever we would come back at night.

Checking in - anything but feeling honored or appreciated. Rude, short, put out. Then had a cow when he later learned we had a service dog. Had to wait in line AGAIN to hear a rant on how we didn’t tell him. Demeaning in going through dog rules and changed $50 for a Service Dog!
