The room was very comfortable. I liked the layout of the space. Unfortunately, the shower head didn’t work properly. I did have trouble sleeping in the morning due to street traffic and also airplanes flying overhead.

The hotel was clean and bright. Friendly staff. The room was quite spacious and beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was a very strong disinfectant smell in the hallway and our room. Fortunately, our windows opened and we were able to air it out a bit, but still smelled each time we'd leave and re-enter.
The location was very convenient to shopping, dining, and downtown Columbus.
The breakfast was tasty and good variety including hot items.

Check in was super quick and easy. Room was plenty bug enough and everything was very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices. Only bummer is the older lasy who runs it rolled her eyes when my son made a small mess and made him feel terrible when he was going to get napkins to clean up what fell off his plate. She was pleasent enough but the rolled eyes really annoyed me.

Great Trip! Even in the midst of a tornado! Nice, spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. The location is close to the airport so you’ll hear airplanes until about midnight.

Stay was great! Room was Very clean and quiet. We didn’t even hear the planes taking off/landing at airport nearby. Bed was Sooooo COMFORTABLE! Slept very well and room was like Brand New. VERY CLEAN! We highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here before an early flight out of airport. Easy Check in - Shuttle was waiting for me at 6am as I requested. I would stay here again if in the neighborhood.

Didnt care for the way you had to turn on shower. No easy access. The glass closest to shower head was sealed. Otherwise no other complaints. Breakfast was supplied. Rooms clean.

The room was INCREDIBLE, would love to stay longer and enjoy the comfort-- instead of just the convenience for a 5am flight.
It was after 10pm when we checked in --thankfully everything thing was in order for a smooth process, so the desk clerk only had to put down her cell phone for less than 2 minutes AND she managed to check us in by uttering less than 10 words, with zero eye contact.

The property was clean and well cared for. The bathroom area however was not at all conducive to my wife applying her makeup. Lighting was not bright enough. It could also have used a magnifying mirror.

Just checked in, staying for one night for business. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, front desk is pleasant and very welcoming, yet to visit the breakfast buffet, but so far so good. I recommend

Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Tub base needs more non-slip footing. Sink area lighting was not very good, especially for women applying makeup etc.
Couch was hard and very uncomfortable, however bed was very comfortable.
Not sure we will use Marriot again, as there are many other options in this area.

I was charged a higher rate than what the bill was on hotels.com. the rate was 169 and they charged me 190. Also, the black out blinds stayed up about 2 inches and the street lights as well as the sunlight came in way too early. We ended up leaving early in the morning to go home. Other than these 2 issues, it is a great place to stay! Just check your bill and your blinds!

Another disappointing stay at Springhill Suites.
Even though the last time I stayed at a Springhill Suites I had multiple issues, I went ahead and gave them another try.
This property was worse.
My toilet would not flush or fill. There was pubic hair in my shower, and there was dirt, debris, and hair on the floors. Gross!
All I get from the management is "sorry about that"

Love this hotel. Close to Columbus airport. Fast checkin. Room is a very clean, updated and large suite. Bathroom area is very nice. Price was right. This will be my new favorite hotel to stay when I come to Columbus!!

Suite is out of balance in temperature due to HVAC blocked by bed. I had to check the windows twice to make sure they were shut as you can hear highway and airport traffic clearly. Stayed at another hotel just as close and it was quiet. People arguing for 45 minutes in parking lot in the middle of the night, had to call the desk to quiet them. Shuttle service is a major disappointment and this was the main reason we chose this hotel. Was told that shuttle does not start until 7 a.m. and we needed to be at the airport by 6:30 so we had to keep our rental car an extra day. Both times I went to front desk they did not acknowledge my presence until they finished what they were doing. Toilet seat was very loose, towel bar fell off when I went to hang a towel. Shower valve is on the wrong end of shower so you have to reach all the way to the back to turn the water on and hope you don't turn it too high like I did and had to reach into scalding water to adjust.
