Booked a family suit at club Bali family suits which is not actually part of the the whole hotel showing of the pictures are incorrect!!! first night we had no power, wen ever u have a shower water would leak all over the floor, toilet would always be blocked, only had a sheet on beds! Couldn’t get towels at swimming pool because the pool advertised as club bali wasn’t actually part of the hotel. There was rarely any one at the reception, very disappointing

The Water pressure was non existant in the showers, its a joke the water pressure, ( not hard to add a pump inline to push water) the toilet had to be repaired twice in 4 days as it continued to drip and needed a new cistern ( that never happened) was still leaking when we left

Club Bali is situated within the beautiful grounds of the The Jayakarta Hotel. However, it would be in the interests of Expedia to restrict its accomodation options to those that meet a minimum standard of 2/3 stars.

The property is old. The photos of the exterior, grassed areas and pools are of another resort. Club Bali family suites has no pools. It has a tiny fish pond at the entrance to reception. This is the closest thing to a pool that it has. Had great difficulty getting a refund and moving to a proper resort

I contacted the hotel twice via hotels.com, once by email and once by Facebook to ask if the hotel do transfers from the airport and could we please have an infant cot and never received a reply, communication very poor. I could even see they had seen my message on Facebook and just chose not to reply. We arrived late at night and so of course... no infant cot. There also weren’t any towels in our room so we had to ask for them the following morning, but due to the language barrier the housekeeping staff just kept telling us to leave our towels on the floor, which is fine... if we had towels to leave on the floor! So after a 10 minute exchange of feeling like we were accused of stealing towels they finally told us they’d bring some up. It’s an unusual set up where it’s right next to the jayakarta so you use their pool but pay cash for poolside service instead of charging to your room, and when we went to the restaurant the day after we arrived there was this strange moment where they wouldn’t seat us but couldn’t tell us why, it turns out that we had to pay our reception for breakfast and then they’d give us a ticket for us to take to the restaurant (owned by jayakarta) I’m sure we weren’t the first people to make this mistake but instead of telling us what to do, our family of four was just left standing there wondering what the hell was going on. So we just went to the coffee club next door where the service was superb and the wifi free.
