Nice area .SEA airport is a 35 to 40 minute drive depending on traffic conditions. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Would we stay here again = yes.

It was a very peaceful stay. I only recommend a light weight blanket for bedding. I don’t care to have the heat on while sleeping, bet a the extra blanket for added warmth.

I wanted to relax on NYE and this was a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly. Good food from the restaurant. Clean, quiet hotel. The only thing I didn’t like was the limited selection for tv channels.

I liked everything except the loss of three items accidently, but certainly left behind. A pocket knife and two pairs of prescription socks. WE clearly recall exactly where in the room these items were left.... BUT the cleaning staff denies finding them. Grrrr.

We have stayed here 6 times, and were very satisfied each time. Great staff, clean rooms, and nice surrounding area. We plan to stay again on our next visit to Issaquah

Shower temp was not warm. Staff in dining area must have been first day. The young girls spent more time on phone than customer service. Coffee in Seattle must be very expensive. Hard to get acup without paying for it

The first night, the automatic/ electric shades wouldn't work. I called the desk and they said they would send a maintenance man. After waiting about 30 minutes, I went to the front desk. They kept calling the maintenance guy but he wasn't responding. I finally asked to be moved to a new room and had to drag all the stuff I had unpacked to the room next door. I was tired after a long day of travel and that was frustrating. The rest of the stay was much better. The continental breakfast was very limited but the breakfast you could order and pay for was pretty good. I liked the bar area that opened in the evenings.

Hot tub was broken, we were excited to use it and it was the tie breaker between this property and the other one we looked at. Coffee pot in the room was broken, again, bummer we’re we’re leaving early and a cup of coffee while getting ready would have been nice.

Check-in was quick. Staff were friendly. Easy access to the interstate for our weekend trip. Shower was a bit moldy and seemed like no airflow in the bathroom.

The beds and pillows were not at all comfortable. We asked for housekeeping and the bed was sloppily made with the old sheets. No breakfast was another downside. The hot tub was broken.

The room was great, but you must do something about the very low frequency vibrations set up by the local refrigerator. I had to turn it completely OFF to get some sleep. I had asked for a 'handicap' room. We got a very good tub with five bars to help me get in and out. The trouble with the room was it was far from the elevator as it could possibly be! Why put a handicap room so far away from the elevator that I couldn't walk back and forth? It makes no sense at all! In spit of all, we enjoyed our stay and would do so again, this time, asking for a room adjoining the elevator, but then again, what if the elevator makes noise during the night????

We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was quiet and had everything we needed. The bathroom was well stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion and I loved the quality and fragrance. The shade on the window allowed light to come in but still be private. Drapes allowed a nice, dark room for sleeping.

Great hotel at a really convenient location. Only thing that I could ask for is more access to closer parking. The parking lot for this hotel is really small and taken up by campers at night meaning little space for guests. Fortunately, you are allowed to park in the lot for the nearby hotel, just a bit further of a walk.

I didn't like that they tried to place me in a different room than the one i had reserved. The parking was difficult. The room was great and the breakfast was very good.

Shower curtain needs to be replaced. It has holes in it. Bed sheets thin and worn from age. Need to be replaced. Both me and my wife are gray headed. Found several long black hairs in lavatory sink and on bathroom floor. Dead wall thermostat needs to be removed.

The two gentleman checking is in were friendly and efficient. Our rooms were clean and nice. Love she bedding and the comfy pillows. Parking was tight but we had no issues finding a spot on the side lot.

Nice clean large rooms in a conventent location, friendly staff. The bathroom is dated, but the room's great view of the trees makes up for it.

The staff were very friendly. My room was nice but definitely had signs of wear and tear. I did find someones old socks in the top drawer which is kind of gross. PROS: STAFF were nice, the easy shopping area and location. Cons: POOL was closed Jacuzzi was closed Laundry facilities closed No house keeping Towels are only available at the front desk You could walk to the hotel next atore and use there pool if your comfortable.
