This was a quick overnight stay so I could make it to a medical appointment at Swedish. The room in this nicely renovated hotel was large and comfortable and the breakfast very good. However, long hallways and an overgrown central greenspace remind you of it’s lower end heritage. Staff was excellent. Finally, value for the dollar was excellent.

Ridiculous. Stay charged my son’s coach am extra $185 saying I didn’t pay my bill. The team checked out a day early. Didn’t ask for a refund or anything but they still charged him. When they realized their mistake they told him they would refund him within 10 business days. The trip was paid for in full on this site. No apology no credit no nothing from staff. This place is a joke staff has no clue what they are doing.

Took 5 minutes (I timed it) to get hot water to the bathroom sink. The bathtub water was hot almost instantly! Not sure when they will be finished with construction at this property. It’s been ongoing for years! We’ve been staying here twice a year on business trips for about 10 years or so. Easy access to all amenities and freeway. This is a no-frills hotel, but works fine for us.

The beds were very comfortable. We checked in late, about 10:30 pm and left before 8 am so we did not use many of the ammenities. The carpet in the hallway was loose and wrinkled and the bathroom had the counter too close to the toilet. Just a couple of things I noticed. But overall the price was in range and we would stay there again.

It was nice to stay in your home town and just relax, service was great (especially Peter in the bar). So convenient to stores, restaurant's and the freeway. We will be back very soon.

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was nicer than the photos. Looks like the hotel is going through some improvements. Room was very spacious, nice clean, maybe new, carpet. Bathroom was spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful and I so appreciated that they have room service. Food was good as well.

Great location. Nice property and staff. The heater in our room was not functioning right and they were happy to move us to a different room immediately and in a friendly and helpful manor.

We have stayed in really nice hotels and there has been scratches where carts etc. has scratched the furniture and the walls and the doors. This hotel had absolutely no scratches in our room. That tells me this hotel really takes pride in the upkeep of it. We were in contact with 4 different employees and they went out of their way to help us. We will be staying here again soon.

Nice room; clean; appreciated the use of the business computer/center; quiet room and safe area; convenient to stores. Would have been nicer w/ breakfast. Very pleased and will stay again.

Nothing unique. Dont be fooled and pay for a King suite, it is no bigger than a standard room. Rooms were not big at all, bathrooms were tiny and not fluffy friendly. No refrigerators or Microwaves that tend to be standard in a suite. I had to askor a fridge, when we got it, it still did not work. Paying for breakfast was lame. You have to actually go sit order. Pool n spa is outside and were closed. Major hotel renavations were going on. Honestly believe the property used to be a buisness with mutiple offices that were converted into rooms.

Drove down in an EV from Victoria. Plugged in when arrived at hotels charging spot and fully recharged the large battery in Chevy Bolt. Moved car once it was charged, drove to North Bend and back in the morning, plugged in again to top up the battery, checked out and drove home. Perfect. And no charge for the power. As an EV owner I greatly appreciate hotels who do this.

I was told there would be a roll out bed in the room at no extra charge. There was no roll out bed in the room. Son had to sleep in a chair On the floor by the night stand was a toe nail clipping left on the floor. Breakfast prices were way too high for the amount of food you got.

Very good location. Closed to the park, shopping restaurants, and offices. Rooms and hotel layout are old and need remodeling. Food was ok.
