Great time. Clean hotel. My only complaint is people who are sensitive to smells may not be able to handle the strong smell when you walk into the lobby. It's a great smell but it's to strong. It was very overwhelming.

Room was dirty and bathroom smelled bad like mildew. Was supposed that be cleaned and never was. The hot water went in and out and was completely out the whole last day of our stay. Front desk said that it would take a couple days to get someone to come out and fix it. It is so far from everything. The rooms latch on the door was broken so I didn’t feel secure. I can’t believe this place got good reviews

It was an ok stay , overnight staff really wasn’t welcome or polite guess I messed up his sleep. GM wasn’t helpful as well when it came to the issues we faced which I will disclose. Has some noisemakers on the floor we was on. Cleaning staff was loud as well did not take in concentration that all guest are not checking out.

I read earlier reviews mostly good. My is good it was close to our event. Clean hotel safe parking. I had a cargo trailer and it was convenient to get in and out

The staff was welcoming, professional, and friendly, the service excellent, and the bed comfortable. My only complaint (and it is minor) was that the walls in the bathroom were a little dirty. It looked like there was some makeup or lipstick on the wall to the right of the sink and there was some rust or something brown on the wall over near the toilet.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Basic amenities. Overall the hotel looks clean and well maintained. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast (very limited variety).

The staff is great and well supporting. We had an issue with stained bedsheets and it was promptly resolved by the night manager (it was 2 am). Dawnietta gave additional push for the appreciation we had for the staff. The breakfast is ok, it becomes boring if you stay for a few days (everyday the same few choices). Overall it’s ok.

Not much of a fitness center. 2 treadmills, an elliptical and some free weights, some of which are missing.

Super clean, smelled fresh. Able to use Netflix app. Close to shopping/dining. Quiet. Great value for price. Hot breakfast included. Very friendly, professional, efficient staff. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent staff from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast room. Nice quiet clean rooms and in a good area near Mayfaire. Good coffee, wonderful hot breakfast, including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, grits, muffins, bagels, fruit, OJ, cereal, yogurt. One day there were mini -quiches. A littl hard turning in across traffic at times, but not horrible. Adequate parking. Nice lobby area for gathering/ hanging out .

Check on was great. Room must have been recently cleaned as there was a 'clean' smell that didn't agree with me. We left for a while and it had dissipated by the time we got back. Atari, at the front desk, was very helpful. Nice breakfast.

This is our second time staying at this hotel , hotel is very clean and quiet. close to the beach. breakfast is good,lots of parking space,and the rooms are clean and spacious. we will stay there again. thank you from Jasmine

I liked the healthy toppings available at breakfast, like agave, coconut, sunflower seeds. Very nice touch for a free breakfast.

Came to Wilmington for a tour of UNCW and arrived on the heels of storm Ophelia. Hotel was up and running with no issues. Our room was large and very clean. The bathroom was large which was so much nicer than the hotel we were at in Georgia the night before. Beds were comfortable and they had both full/overstuffed pillows and soft flatter ones which you rarely find at hotels. It was nice to have a soft pillow that didn’t hurt my neck. A very welcoming property and we appreciated the cleanliness and comfort after a long drive into town.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful. The room was nice. The breakfast was good, about what I expected, but it would be nice if you had bacon or actual pork sausage, rather than just turkey sausage.
