We needed to make a last minute change of accommodations by adding an extra room, that was adjoining and the staff quickly upgraded us to a two room suite.

Was surprised when we arrived that there was a $35 charge for parking our car overnight. We did not see that when we booked the room. We would have never stayed here if we knew that ahead of time.

The check-in process was a nightmare. Check-in time was 3:00pm, and we arrived about 3:10pm. Upon check-in, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet and to have a seat, and they would call us when it was ready. We waited for an hour and a half! The lobby was FULL of guests waiting on their rooms. The line to the front desk was around 30 people deep at all times. We were to attend an event downtown at a scheduled time, and we wanted to get into our room before our event. So, we got in line to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting in line (for the second time) I received a call that our room was ready and we should get our room key “fast” because the line was moving quickly. (It was NOT moving quickly.) I was very displeased with the check-in process. Also, once our event was over, we went back to the hotel to get a bite to eat before heading to the room. We arrived at the Bistro at midnight. I understand that it closes at midnight; however, there was once again a lobby FULL of people wanting food and once again waiting in line. The Bistro refused to serve us food. Instead, we had to grab food from the grab and go section and take turns with all the other guests to use the ONE tiny microwave to heat up a frozen sandwich. We waited in line for another 15 minutes just to pay for our midnight snacks. The front desk was understaffed/rude with only one person working the desk. I am disappointed in the service we received after paying such a high price for a room. I would NOT recommend.

The room had a fantastic view of Lucas Oil stadium and the indians baseball diamond. The service was great. Everyone was helpful.the only complaint I had was that parking was overpriced. $35 to park yourself? It's a bit much to stay in a hotel

Was overpriced due to the concert in town compared to what you can get it normally. But otherwise was a nice place

This was a last-minute booking for the family. This is a really nice property with very friendly staff. We used the workout facility, the coffee shop, and the restaurant. All are terrific.

Incredibly rude staff. Mediocre hotel. They don’t have to rely on hospitality because they host conventions I suppose. Terrible service

Marriott never disappoints. They have a beautiful location that is conveniently walkable and attached to the conference center ands mall. There’s no need to even go outside if you do not want. Everyone was very nice and I had everything I needed.

My husband and I booked a room last minute for New Years Eve. We were able to check in early and got a free room upgrade for my husband's birthday, which we were also celebrating. The room was spotless when we checked in and we even had an amazing view of Lucas Oil and Victory Field. We will definitely stay again.

The property is within walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium.

Shouldn't have to pay for parking after you pay for the room.

I was in town for a wedding. The room was comfortable and conveniently located near downtown. A little bit of a walk to restaurants, but not bad, and plenty of scooters available.

The room we stayed in was perfect! Moving forward I will probably always get a King bed vs 2 queens. The only thing I regretted was not brining my own pillow. The pillows did not have enough support. Otherwise, everything was great :)

The bed was soaked for whatever reason and house keeping still allowed the room to be checked as clean and ready to check in. Which makes me wonder what else they skimp on.

The hotel and room was very clean. Service was pretty good. My wife and I reserved a room with a king bed. Upon arrival I was told that they didn’t have any rooms available with a king bed and asked if we would like a double queen bed room. After stating that wasn’t what we had reserved they made some shifts and got us into a room with a king bed. I overheard them telling the people checking in beside us the same thing. Also, checkout is at 11:00am not noon like the website or the door hangar says. Had to call the desk on the day of departure to confirm. They did compliment us the extra hour but shouldn’t be confusing. The parking garage is underneath the 4 hotels on this block of street. Make sure you park near your hotel elevator. You also have to take your parking pass to the front desk. $35 for self parking or $40 for valet parking. About a 20 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium or right across the street from Victory Field and White River Amphitheater.

We received such great hospitality from Richard, the man who checked us in. He answered our questions and was very easy to be around. He gave such good information about the surrounding area with a map and verbal dialogue. He’s a great asset to your business!

Great experience! Check-in was quick and seamless and we had a very spacious room which worked out great for my husband and our 3 small children. It was a bit noisy outside with live music, but it is to be expected the night before a colts home game. Music stopped at 10:30 so nothing too extreme.
