The hotel is lovely and breakfast great.
Very close to hwy so our room was noisy as well the fridge and air conditioner/heater very noisy as well.

We have stayed at this hotel many years for Thanksgiving. The staff is always helpful and informative about hotel facilities. The breakfast is warm, fresh.

Expedia did not share our room request with the hotel. Upon arrival two hours after check in our room had not been cleaned yet (5:00 pm). We were given another room facing the highway, which we specifically requested not to be, the tv didn’t work and one room key didn’t work. We went to the desk and they moved our room, but blamed Expedia for the error…

Evelyn, the lady who checked me in, was simply fantastic. She made sure all my needs were taken care of and she got me some hot water for my tea on Saturday night. She's the best thing about the Holiday Inn Express in Cicero.

When we arrived to check in, there was no buddy at the front desk, and we waited 15 minutes until someone came. The vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The alarm clock made a noise all night long. We finally unplugged it when we realized what the sound was. The person cleaning the elevator seemed annoyed that we got on the elevator when he was trying to clean it.

The check in was smooth, but the fan in the bathroom is broken and there was mold in the bathroom.

The room was clean and spacious. The daily breakfast was very good and attended to. Very nice woman who runs it. The staff at the front desk should be a little more friendly when coming and going. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

The Staff was amazing and very friendly. When we needed anything they were very attentive.
The Pool and the Continental breakfast were both nice perks, we especially liked the pancake conveyor belt, that was definitely the best part of breakfast.
This is in a very convenient location and only a couple of exits from Destiny Mall. In general for the area, bring good walking shoes, there was a lot of different things that were a short drive and then lots of walking.
I would definitely stay here again! Very happy with our recent stay.

I would have rated 5 stars all around, but was very disappointed to book the hotel SPECIFICALLY for the transport to the airport, only to find out on arrival that there was no shuttle. I had even called the front desk prior to booking to ensure they had a shuttle, and it would be available at the time we needed. We were arriving late and had a very early flight.Really complicated things.

The hotel was ideal for a one night stopover when travelling from Canada to New York. Our initial room was on the motorway side and next to the lift so a bit noisy. Reception happily moved us to another room and we got upgraded to a suite. Staff were pleasant and the hotel was quiet.

Our room was clean and comfortable—which is most important to me. The bathroom had some great smelling soaps/shampoos too! Lol Kids loved the pool and I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff was at check-in, and any other time we encountered them.

Hotel is a bit outdated, but it was clean. Room was supposed to have a microwave, but didn’t. Pool was nice. Continental breakfast was just ok. Overall, a pleasant stay for just 1 night.

The Staff was exceptional but the room was less than acceptable. Had to shower with my shoes on....my son called it dirty as the hallways needed to be vacuumed. I cleaned the room and we still felt dirty....just the attention to the details were completely ignored. We did not stay the night we left
