The room and facilities were below average on cleanliness. There was a hole in the drywall above the shower and the shower head shot water outside of the shower. When I asked to have the shower head fixed it was addressed immediately and fixed the same day.

I waited at the front desk for twenty minutes before someone came to check me in. There was no one around. When she came, she didn’t even apologize for the wait. The room was rundown, iron didn’t work, broken drawers. Positive- it was quiet, the beds were fairly comfortable, the AC worked well. I was impressed that there was an abundance of towels and wash cloths. Other hotels are stingy with those. Check out was quick and easy.

The building was dirty. The tub was slippery. It was dangerous. Room wasn’t cleaned or bed made during our stay

The room felt more like a converted storage unit - extremely high ceilings, not many lights, etc. The beds were okay. No bed bugs so that was positive. But the sheets could have been cleaner. The bathroom light also runs the bathroom fan which was EXTREMELY loud. That was the most annoying thing. Everything else in the room was outdated and needed some TLC. It was fine to sleep there except the thin walls and barking dogs and loud neighbors. We won’t be staying here again.

Getting towels was a big issue. I had to use my towels and bring them down before i could get more. Always on the 4th floor for some reason even though requested handicap. Parking was okay. Alot of construction workers staying there. Always sausage links and gravy. Spider webbs was in the shower. Others tissue left, barhtub was peeling badly and a little mole around the tub. Price was reasonably and to much trouble getting soap also from the front desk. But arleast this hotel had hot water.

The room looked as if someone, at sometime decided to mistreat your property. The door for your tv/ fridge was busted up at bottom, fridge fell out of cabinet, when trying to open, and misc dings and dents throughout the room/ bathroom, from idiots that mistreat hotel rooms.The beds were SUPER COMFORTABLE, cold air conditioner,, and room was clean! Really wish there was not just one ice machine, and vending machines instead of high dollar soda, misc fridge at front check in.

We didn't have much interaction with staff but when we did everyone was nice and polite. Building is a bit dated and therefore somethings were just in general used conditions. Overall it was a decent stay and if needed we stay again.

Overall the hotel is clean; however, it’s aging and needs remodeling. (We’ve stayed here a times because it’s close to where we need to be.) Check in and check out was smooth. The breakfast is pretty good. Nice variety.

There were no bedside lamps so you had to keep big full light on to see when a lamp would have worked at night no tv guide could never figure out how to change channels the guy from front desk did come up and tried to help finally brought us a guid but it was still no help just glad we weren’t here to spend much time in room

If I could give this place a negative 1 I would. First off the other guests were so noisy that that I moved my room during my visit and it was still noisy. I diidnt get ant rest. On top of that the room wasnt clean. I noticed crumbs, water bugs and mold throughout my room. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

All was good in the property however their business service that was advertised in the description never worked. The Pc was broken and printer was out of commission had to drive to staples to print out 40 pages for $20. Was not very happy since I needed printing and pc service and made sure this hotel had a buisness service call them and ask if it working before renting out their conference meeting room.

Ok for overnight stay. No lamp or clock in room or usb ports. Walls were thin and could hear everything from rooms close. Very clean and excellent gentleman checked us in efficiently. despite several people waiting

The only thing that was good about the one night we stayed at this property was the understanding of the desk supervisor the morning we decided to leave. Mechanically this property is awful; cleanliness is pretty poor also. Bad decision to try and stay here.

I requested our room be cleaned twice and it was not. The garbage was only collected once. I had to request towels twice. There was no access to change to do laundry (not available at desk) and the juices at the breakfast were watered down. Our room key did not work a total of 3 times during our 4 night stay, we had to make a trip to the desk to have it reloaded.

Room was gross, the couch looked like it came out of a dumpster. Bed was sagging in the middle and propped up with a piece of wood. There was scum on the bedside table. When we asked for pillows for the extra pull out bed, they said they didn’t have any. They brought up a rollaway bc the couch bed was so nasty, and the rollaway had bloodstains on it. As far as service, there was no one at the desk when we came to check in, I was walking up and down the hallways and calling for someone for a while. We stayed here last year and it was about the same, but I thought it was a fluke. So, safe to say I won’t be staying again. We stay here bc the pet fees were low, but it seems they hiked those up too. So there’s now no reason to stay here, go elsewhere.

Not too bad to stay at for one night. We got in around 3am and the front desk girl was very polite and helpful. Checking out was a breeze. Shower head was kinda meh. I love that this place is pet friendly and doesn’t charge an arm and leg for their pet fees.

Checking in was good, but once we got to the room the pull out couch had no bedding. I called the front desk and he informed us they could give us sheets but they had no pillows. I specifically choose that room because we needed the extra bed, I had 3 kids with us. The few pillows on the actual bed was super small so sharing was very hard. The sheet he gave us was a flat sheet and the blanet was one of the small ones that is normally under the comforter. I had to call back down to ask about a fitted sheet and he continued to say all they had was flat ones. He seemed very annoyed but did finally find one for us. I felt as if we were asking for something out of the normal.. but how are we suppose to use the bed without linens. Then about an hour later the front desk called saying they had a noise complaint about us... we were already in bed, one kid asleep and the rest of us just watching tv. Obviously that could have been a mistake but again, we felt like we needed to be extra careful. It wasn't a very comfortable stay. The breakfast had the normal things you see for continental breakfast, but the gravy, that had just been brought out, was so cold im pretty sure it came straight from the fridge. And with no microwave to warm our plates up we couldnt eat it.

We made the reservation because they advertised pet friendly and we have stayed with LaQuinta when traveling with our 2 small Pomeranians before. When we arrived to the property we were told in addition to the agreed upon rate we would be charged $25 dollars per dog per night equaling a total of $100 dollars on top of the agreed upon rate. This was not stated on their website by the statement of pet friendly. There were people who smoked marijuana up and down the hallway on the floor we were staying on. Are the charging a weed fee because frankly the smell is terrible. Just my thoughts.

extremely slow elevator to the point the stairs were preferable. Only 1 elevator also...that was an issue. Rooms need updating of lamps, etc., or in general. A/C was super noisy. Probably will not return.
