Excellent location. Right next to a multitude of wonderful restaurants and shops. Excellent deli across the street btw.

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Nolitan. The staff and accommodations were five star all the way. The convenient location in Lower Manhattan was perfect.

Can’t beat the location. Right in the heart of SoHo/Nolita and walking distance to West Village etc. Bars and restaurants everywhere. Room was teeny tiny though! Balcony not much use for us as it rained during our stay pretty much every day. Cool hotel decor and very nice staff. Would recommend!

Nice stay at Nolitan, located conveniently for metro and clean with comfy beds.

Excellent location and staff was phenomenal. The temperature in the room was difficult to adjust during the night, but I managed to find a small blanket. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

I loved my stay at the Nolitan! The location is to die for - every restaurant I tried nearby was amazing, and it's walkable to so many other great areas. The room was absolutely perfect for me - clean, cute, bright and quiet - perfect for working during the day when I needed to, and getting a good night's sleep (I was on the 6th floor, which probably helped with the noise). I was a little nervous about the reviews saying there was no hot water, but I had no issues! The wifi worked well; the staff was incredibly friendly; the lobby is cute and comfortable. I would, and probably will, stay here again!

The terrace was lovely. The property was immaculate. The area is lively. Ubers and cabs accessable. Walkable otherwise. There actually was street parking but I think we got lucky.

Very cool, modern, low-key hipsterish hotel in the grungy but friendly Nolita area of downtown NYC. Reasonably priced for the area, and completely chill. Got a balcony!

Front desk was great, overall accommodations could have been more comfortable-no blind for the window shared between the bathroom and bedroom was rough. Very tough to sleep with street lights and no blind.

Solid room, but wobbly table. Bedside lamps were also hard to turn on.

Area is very close to great restaurants and shops. Rooms were decent sized and clean. However, water temperature during my stay was very inconsistent. Upon arrival, hot water was not working. After calling the front desk to alert them of this issue, I was told to “Just let the water run and it will eventually get hot.” After 20 minutes water finally reached a lukewarm temperature. This continued through the entirety of the stay and had it not been 40 degrees outside, might have been more tolerable.

Got my flight delayed and had to stay in NY. So glad I chose the Nolitan for my stay!

There was no hot water at night but everything else was great

Staff was so friendly. Rooms were different in a cute boutique way, not traditional corporate way. Darwin at the bar attached was so nice!!! Highly recommend swinging in for a drink or 3.

Spacious room with great balcony. Super nice staff

Good news: Fantastic location, decent interior design, beautiful view, yoga mat + umbrella included in room for any adventure.
Bad news: No coffee maker in the room, no housekeeping at night, no complimentary coffee in the morning even though they told us there would be when we checked in. For the nightly price, these omissions don't feel right.
Health news: If you have a true dust allergy like me, I would not stay here. I asked for hypoallergenic bedding when I arrived and I am not sure the bedding was ever changed. When I returned to the hotel after being out all day and asked the front desk to confirm the bedding was changed, they said housekeeping "went home for the night". I ended up sneezing and wheezing the whole stay and with a sinus infection afterward.

There were issues with a lack of hot water for the entire 5 days. Rooms were also very cold, and did not warm up, even with thermostat on high. The neighborhood is convenient for restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to so many great restaurants, and shopping galore.
The hotel staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean.
The beds are on the firm side (which is great for some and not for others), and the pillows are the kind that disappear into nothing when you lay on them.
The hotel also has hot water issues. You have to run the water for at least 10 minutes for the sink to get hot, or you can do what the staff told me to do, and turn both the sink and shower on for a while so they get hotter faster. Huge waste of water.

Staff was fantastic. Location is fantastic. Hotel is very cool and the value was pretty good.
That said.. I was a bit disappointed.
- The rooftop bar, which was supposed to be finished before my stay... Was closed
- Three bikes for guests in the lobby. One was broken and one had a flat tire.
- Shower faucet was kind of broken.
- Internet was very slow.
- Lastly, it was very noisy. We were in a 7th floor balcony room and you can hear everything happening down at the street.
Honestly I'd probably stay there again despite these issues. Would be a 5-star review if like three of these issues didn't happen. Including the internet being basically unusable -- how hard is that to fix? These days, it's not acceptable for a decent hotel like this to have bad internet.

The window in my room was so dirty I could hardly see out. The fridge was so loud. Worn out facilities. So, so towels, and kinda rough. Had the cleaning team walk in while I was showing without announcing themselves and manages to unbolt my door. Offered nothing to make it better.

Pros: The place is within walking distance to a variety of nice restaurants and the MTA. Staff is friendly.
Cons; the rooms are really small and tight. No water fountains are available. Noise from the street starts early in the morning.
