Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Breakfast needs improvement in options offered and small space where food is kept. Small criticism for an otherwise lovely place.

Was very happy with my room. Wish I had more time to stay in the area but was only there for 1 night. Both check-in / check-out and overnight clerks were super friendly.

The entire staff is exceptionally attentive and professional. They are all friendly and genuinely helpful.The property is well maintained, clean and safe. It is located next to a mall and a short drive to the freeway making it very convenient. I highly recommend it.

Staying here was a last minute decision. We wanted to be near family during the Christmas visit. Everything was clean, nicely remodeled, great to have a sink, two burner glass-top stove, toaster, pans, dishwasher, coffeemaker. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially when we checked in late after a long drive. The holiday spirit was on display and enhanced the stay. This is a Mariott Bonvoy connected property and I hope all TownePlace Suites are like this.

The rooms are set up so nice with lots of room to unpack your things, and comfortable for hanging out in the room. The breakfast area offered many great choices, and it is really handy to have food, possibly forgot items, and drinks for purchase any time! I would definitely stay there again.

The initial King room I suspect was for travelers with pets (dog pillow on couch) and smelled of heavy perfumed carpet/room deodorizer that immediately triggered an allergic reaction. I contacted the desk and was moved to a double Queen. Much better room until I tried to go to sleep the first night at 10:30 and was kept awake by heavily footed people on the floor above until they finally quieted down about 11:45. They were up at it again at 5:30 AM. Fortunately the next night was better. The climate control system operated well but the fan was too quiet to provide sufficient white noise to cover outside of room noises such as that described above. The room itself was clean with the cleaning staff making great efforts to make artistic flowers with tissue and towels. The room also had a full sized refrigerator, and decent kitchen allowing one to prep a full meal if desired. Breakfast was OK but nothing was really available to take hot food “on the go” in terms of plates or utensils which I would have really liked. I settled for yogurt cups and used a spoon of my own I had in my car. It was really designed to be sit-down dining only. Exterior of hotel was well lit and maintained and I felt safe traveling as a single woman.

Bathtub was dirty, water damages on the trim and wallpaper in the bathroom. I made sure to take a video of the room as soon as I stepped in so I can’t upload the video here but I did take some pictures that you’ll see below. Dated building. Electricity went out and did not address my fuse box till 10pm my 2nd night. Front desk said I’m on the list to be refunded 1 night but we’ll see. Will update if fair compensation is delivered.

My room was double booked, so I was transferred to their neighboring hotel. Room wasn’t anything fancy. Not sure exactly what I missed out on. But was fair. Breakfast was a paid breakfast at my new hotel. Was not pleased about that.

Very comfortable with everything needed for preparing our own food, as well as breakfast provided. Nice indoor pool (just needed a note on door to pull hard - it seemed to be closed when it was not) Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and easy check in process. Cleanliness in all areas of the hotel was wonderful. Location near the shopping mall was nice as well as being close to other shopping and restaurants. Bathroom was a bit small but we managed.

Room was great with a full kitchen and dinning table. My only complaint if you want to call it that is the bathroom is a tight squeeze when shutting the door, you have to stand between the tub and the toilet. But i would still give this Hotel 5 stars.
