Very clean,quietat night,comfortable bed,overall very nice place to stay.No microwave in room but i think they are all doing away with now . A very good frig w small freezer. A nice bench to sit on infront of our room. We would definately stay again.

Staffs are friendly and nice. However sheets and pillowcases were old and apparently haven’t bleached for a long time. Bath curtain was short and water was in bathroom floor after the shower.

Staffer acted strangely, laughing to himself and staring, forgot to give me room key. Bad wifi compounds weak cell service. Bathroom shower grab bar broken. Otherwise nice enough for the price

Just an average bare bones motel room. Towel rack broken. Coffee setup in the lobby unimpressive.

It was...ok. It was clean. Check-in/out was quick and easy. Bathroom was sort of remodeled. Water was hot. Area was quiet considering the location on main rd. Room was pretty...well, NOT pretty. Badly in need of updating. Wi-Fi was terrible. For price it was just ok.

Clean, comfortable place to stay, and an incredible value, compared to other choices in the area, that can be 3-4x more expensive.
Comfortable bed, sparkling clean bathroom, plenty of TV stations.
I will definitely return anytime busines brings me through Conway.

The place was fine, and the room was clean. The only problem that we had was the window . The window could not be locked which is a security issue because you cannot get the two window panes to meet in order to lock the window.

It was a good hotel. Our room had an enclosed balcony looking out at the mountains. The balcony had a table and two chairs.

Great location for shopping. The room itself was lacking. Heat was unbearable (close to 80*), air conditioner did not work properly, needed to prop door open during the night to cool down. Front window would not open. Back window would not lock. Road at back of building was loud.

Conway is a great little town. This was a great way to enjoy the town and everything it has to offer. Very close to great food, shopping, and ski slopes. Made for a perfect stay as we made our way from ski resort to ski resort.

Convenient location. Good value. Our unit was "around the back" and it was not clear how to get there. Someone was often in our parking space. The outlet for the heater occasionally disconnected. Still I think it was worth it

The room was not big enough for 4 adults. We had paid for Queen beds, I believe they were full size. 4 adults not very comfortable to do anything but lay in bed.

Was disappointing as the room while clean and neat was starkly barren, nothing like any of the online photos, dated, in a basement, heat was not on so it was 48 in the room when we arrived, was less than 1/4 of a toilet paper roll so we ran out and no back-up, no tissues

Location of the property was central and walkable to shopping and restaurants.
Rooms were clean, but need to be refreshed professionally. Fake Ceiling tiles seemed like self installed and was falling in places. Exterior of the motel seemed freshly painted. Would not consider this more than a 1.5-2 star

It's a nice clean hotel for the money. The location is perfect for visiting North Conway or hiking the Whites. This was our 2nd stay here and we will stay again.

We did not stay at your property because both rooms we were shown were filthy. This was quit an inconvenience because we had to find another hotel. Kind of messed up our weekend. I refuse to pay, since we did not stay there and it was totaly your fault because of the condition of rooms. Please, refund my credit card for the total amount.

This place may not look that great when you first see it but it is clean and the people are very nice beds are comfortable

very quiet and comfortable stay with great mountain views from the room. Parking in back was the best, as no traffic noise very clean. In room coffee was convenient for an early rising. Coffee service also offered in the office, as well as wrapped snacks. Innkeeper was very cordial with a fast and efficient check in\, with a. very reasonable price. I would stay again in the future. thank you.

I like the parking right outside the door. The bed are comfy and the is a great lady and very helpful. It is right in North Conway downtown and the per a nite price is great compared to the area

Rooms were clean, it's not the Ritz but fine for a weekend ski trip. Convenient to town, you can walk to the Muddy Moose restaurant next door. Friendly staff, they recognized me from a previous visit from 5 years ago. Stated 10:00 am check out, was running a couple minutes late and was told no need to hurry.

This is a throwback to the days of roadside motels. It is small, sparse and a little outdated but... It is very clean, comfortable, quiet and very reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and overall, it is a great deal for your money. We stay there at least once a year when we head to Conway and will continue to do so. The front desk is very friendly, professional and quick to check you in and out.
