Great room, everything was clean and the property/staff were great

Great place to stay!

The pictures on Expedia do not represent this property. It is terrible. The positive reviews have to be fake. Multiple reviews are 10/10 and that is not possible. Beware!

The stay was awesome, but booking the room was terrible going through Expedia. When I booked the room, I thought I was getting two queen beds, but when I went to check in, I found out that it was only one queen bed. Tried to do a virtual chat and talked to a Mary Ann and said she was going to check into it, but never heard back from her! Even a few days later. Will never go through Expedia again!!!!

Staff had a lot to be desired.!!!’ Had a card on record for incidentals but couldn’t use it for buying things from the pantry!! Why?!! I think the rooms are way overpriced for what you get!’ $220 is way too much

The pipes were very loud every time we turned the water on or flushed the toilet - banging in the wall. To the point that the next door guest was banging on our wall thinking we were being loud. Unpleasant! Otherwise our stay was good.

Fargo was busy for Graduation and a Concert. I booked my stay earlier in the day with Expedia knowing I'd making a trip to Fargo later in the evening. When I was about 30 minutes outside of Fargo(9:30pm), I received a message with a survey asking how check-in went. About 10 minutes later, the hotel sent me a message stating they weren't sure how Expedia could've booked the rooms because they didn't have the room I'd booked for two nights available. Oddly enough, when checking again, they now showed no vacancy on Expedia. After speaking with Expedia customer service, messaging hotel management, and being insured I wouldn't be charged, they informed me that they did still have a 2 bed room available, but that I would have to contact Expedia and have them change my reservation accordingly. After spending 45 mins attempting to even get a hold of a living, breathing person, I opted to find a different hotel entirely and had the privilege of spending the next hour searching for a hotel that wasn't a complete dump and had a vacant room. Once I arrived at my new hotel, I told them about what had happened and the gal behind the counter informed me that she used to work for Myplace and how they sold the room out from under me because I wasn't there yet and there was someone on site looking for a room. Poor managerial practice and poor customer service on the part of MyPlace, as I travel for work often, and Myplace will no longer be on the list of places I am willing to stay.

The young lady at the counter was so seet and responsive!! Hotel was very clean! The recliner was gross and worn, had to call front desk for sheets to cover it. Also, no breakfast available like ad said. Second night lots of running and door slamming in the middle of the night.

upon check in I informed front desk that I had a service dog, they asked what kind of service dog( which they are not supposed to do) I did say support dog, upon which the manager said it would be another $6 because it was not service dog but support dog, i said that was ok. when I checked out I was charged $15 for the dog, I did not want to argue about the difference I just will not stay there again or any other my place hotel. otherwise room was clean but you could hear people above walking very clearly and voices time to time

Really nice stay, room comfortable and clean. My complaint is that I was denied coffee for our room coffee maker. Really?? My husband and I like strong coffee, so obviously we use more grounds. When asking for more for our room, I was told no (albeit pleasantly), and to get 24/7 coffee from their lobby area OR purchase more for our room from their little (overly priced!) store. No thanks. Ill bring my own pot, filters, and grounds next time. The coffee provided wasn't that good anyway, but for a short stay you can live with it. Everything else was great.

Friendly staff! It was easy access to Scheel's Arena where I attended an event. A short walking distance away.

No ice machine

room smelled, i was having an allergic reaction to something in the room. Recliner in room was old and flaking apart. Room has a kitchen, but you need to bring your own pots and pans from home. Motel 6 quality at double the price

Everything was great. Never stayed at a My Place that was not good. Checkin quick, very clean, good bed.

Newer facility in a great location that is super clean. We walked across the parking lot to Plaza Azteca for dinner which was amazing! If you are looking for a clean room at a decent price, this is it.

It was a drag because I checked in for the night at 10 in morning but found out my mom was transferred to Wahpeton and was not a Sanford anymore. As a result I went back at 11 AM and tried to cancel my room so I could go to Wahp but they charged me for a full night even though I did not stay there. Person at the desk was nice and said she put it into the managers to handle and possibly cancel the charge but I have not heard from them. It SUCKED. Michael Phillips

Hotel was extremely clean. It was convenient having kitchenette in room. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around for anything needed.

Great overall experience, Jaelin our desk clerk did a great job. Room was quiet and clean, Caribou coffee right out back.

Didnt take advantage of the wonderful kitchenette but for overnight stay, it was wonderful and affordable!

The recliner in the room was a great bonus! Super comfy and just a nice addition for seating. Check-in staff were very nice and friendly!

We checked in and they gave us a dirty room that the previous person had been smoking in. The room had not been cleaned at all. They also double charged us for the first room and the second room they moved us to. The assistant manager was great. He was so helpful and polite.

We were there for a concert and the price was jacked up by 20.00. It was okay but not worth 175.00

Gotta buy everything, no pool, no service

This property is very overpriced for it's amenities and quality. It translates as the McDonald's of hotel accommodations... Very very basic... A $50 room rate would be more fitting
