Decent enough for a weekend visit to see the local attractions. Close to everything! Hotel is a bit dated, coffee was lukewarm at best, and breakfast is very limited. Don’t get a room near the housekeepers storage room. You’ll be woken up by 6am with banging around items on carts and loud music.

It was great but out of the 3 nights I stayed I requested my room to be cleaned twice & it was never addressed.

The room and bed were comfortable,.It was a quiet hotel with nice views. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we did not like was all of the disposable things at breakfast and the breakfast was mediocre.

We were assigned the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. It held the king size bed and the regular furnishings with little room left. I’m not sure it had always been a room, as when we exited the elevator the usual signs directing you which way to go didn’t even include our room number. The last room down the hall to the right off the elevator on the second floor. Is Hotels.com given the less popular rooms for their members, compared to if we dealt with the hotel directly?

Clean room. Breakfast was the usual stuff, similar to other hotels. Overall a good stay.

Great hotel and value. We even had a view of the dam from our hotel room- centrally located.

Nice big room. Loved the balcony to let in fresh air. Very comfortable beds. Had a fridge and microwave although no safe. The breakfast was typical scrambled eggs and sausage with waffles. Would stay again.

Very nice and clean. Excellent service. I am not sure what could be done with the breakfast bar but what a zoo. Maybe move the lounge type chairs out of the breakfast area and put in more tables.

The hotel was absolutely fine, but I was most surprised when I asked for a receipt, to see that hotels.com had paid the hotel $150 (about £120) for the 2 nights at the time of my booking, but charged me £174. I understand hotels.com charge commission, but nearly £54 is 45%. I wouldn't have been shocked at charging me an extra £20 or £30, but this is excessive and although I have phoned and emailed, I feel that hotels.com have just fobbed me off. I am reluctant to use them again.

Our room was comfortable for our 4 night stay. We had a mini fridge and microwave for leftovers and drinks, a sofa & chair, and a great little balcony. They had a decent hot breakfast each morning. Beautiful views from the hotel, and about anywhere you were in town. Loved the area! Be sure to take in the sights around the dam (the overlook is a short distance from the hotel), Horseshoe Bend, and Antelope Canyon, which is fabulous (Reservations needed)!

Disgusting Hotel!!!!! Needs major updates ASAP, old and worn and dirty.

Gave the property a lower grade because their hot tub wasn’t fixed yet, and I know from other reviews it had been down over a month at least.
Otherwise, all was very good staying there, very convenient to everything the area has to offer, and that’s a lot.

Didn’t even stay…upon arrival traveling with a group of 4 (2 kids) we were informed that the pool/hot tub area was out of order & that it had been for at least the last 2 months…so if you’re booking for these accommodations I encourage you to check to see if available 1st…staff was unfriendly, would not offer complementary upgrade or refund

The front desk is very nice, however the guy responsible for the breakfast is not very friendly and a little rude.

Hotel is good and rooms are clean. I stayed 4 nights but only had breakfast 1 day and it was good. Customer service needs improvement! When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room and it was very small! After asking 4 staff members for a bigger room at different times, we finally got a normal size room on the 2nd night!

The check-in process was difficult. We had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby for a room to be cleaned. The hotel was good.

Crack mirror in the bathroom and scratches on the wall. Other than that, it was a pleasant hotel. Also hot tub was not working, which we were really looking forward to using.

Clean, comfortable and well placed. We had a room with a balcony to enjoy the view. I think every room would have a decent view of the landscape. The town of Page is surrounded by the beautiful colours of the hills/buttes and canyon. Don’t stress about the view from your hotel. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices both hot and continental style options. Make your own waffles was a hit.
