We booked our room with check in at 3 only to be told no come back at 4 we have no rooms clean I got back at 345 and was made to wait until 407 when I was then told No we have no rooms come back some other time they was rude and not very clean definitely do not take your children here unless you want them to have nightmares for the rest of their lives it’s unsafe and unpleasant

They only had one room available at check in time and it seemed that it was first come first serve at the check in window and they told my to come back at 4pm to see about room availability.

I didn’t even stay at the hotel I booked it said check in was at 3 they would not let me check in til 430 I came back at 415 and they made me stand there for 15 minutes just to tell me that there was no rooms available

The rooms were filthy the water didn't work the tv had 2 stations there was food under the bed the pillows were so flst the sheets had not been changed. It's a complete drug complex people live there and you can tell exactly what they do fr a living.

The non smoker rooms still smell like smoke and the bed looks like someone broke it and just stinks like smoke the receptionist was rude and impatient

This place is kind of a scam because they won’t refund you once you see the roaches and rest of the room. If you need to save money your car is a better bet.

Many of the locals tried to warn me that this hotel doesn't have the best reputation. I knew I'd be checking in late, so I tried to call them the day before to let them know. No one answered the phone. Even when I was driving to Huntsville, no one would answer the phone. I got to Huntsville a little before 6pm, so I thought I'd try to check in before the event I was scheduled to work. The sign said "Sold Out" on the window. The young lady at the counter told me that if I didn't check in by 4:30pm, my room was given away. I told them that I tried to call and that no one answered the phone. All the lady could say was "sorry", like it was all my fault. Hotels.com shouldn't even have this Hotel on their website. They are horrible quality.a

This room is filled with roaches I killed 12 of them in the Mr. being in here 15 minutes and like they said on the window you don’t get no refund back within the first 15 minutes of you being here, but when I also went down there and told him about the roaches showed him the ones that I killed on the napkinhe just busted it off saying that they just sprayed the hotel room when they made me wait till 430 to even check in and even then if they did spray they didn’t clean up the dead roaches that is behind the refrigerator

The room I stayed in did not provide a single towel so I was unable to take a shower. Not only that, the room telephone was off and had no cord to plug in to the wall so I could not call the front desk to request a towel be sent up. Hotels should always provide towels in the rooms even if they are really cheap. It is completely unacceptable not to.

First I do have to say that the lady working the desk was very helpful and pleasant, that how ever is the only nice thing I can say about the property. The room was dirty, run down and smelled heavily of smoke. Both tobaco and other substances.The furniture was old and in disrepair and the beds were old, worn out and the sheets were stained. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were discolored and one even fell down. The property at large seemed to have several long term tenants and random people wandering the property. The pool was closed and it seemed that was permanent. I did not complete my stay and checked out a day early. I will not be staying at this property again.

I woke up to roaches all over the walls. The comforter had lots of burn holes in it. The place does not offer a refund after 15 minutes. I have never in my life seen such a horrible place

Place was horrible. I know you get what you pay for but my dead bolt fight lock, the stove and mirror were broken, the shower was filthy. The bed was hard as a rock and there was a funky smell in the air. Also someone came up to my kid while I went and got the key card reprogrammed Ave offered him drugs. If I had had the money to go somewhere else I would have quickly.

I had fruit flies in my room it was not clean I wouldn’t advise no one to stay there my microwave was dirty the maid service there is terrible I still had hair in my shower the cold water was off in order to have hit water to shower the sink had to run for the water to get hot before I could shower my stay there was horrible I’ll will not go there again they also got roaches smh.

Long story short 5/20/23 , I drove 3 hours to the hotel ,checked in the room was already used bed covers on floor very nasty condition food and beer cans everywhere.. not to mention room was nothing like the picture on the website, I went back to the front to let them know I can't stay in that room .. sent me to another room pretty much just as bad . Smelled like mildew and cigarette in non smoking room.. Asked for a refund, they got angry refused to give me a receipt or anything to prove refund. Had to call cops to get refund receipt. As of today 5/21/23 the money is still not on my card . I never end up getting a room there but I'm out 61 dollar's that I worked hard for.. if you're smart you'll choose to stay someplace else . My worst experience ever staying in Huntsville Alabama..

absolutely everything was either broken dirty or unusable. I couldn’t check in at 5pm because no rooms were ready. the staff wasn’t polite or understanding about it either. microwave didn’t work, maintenance wouldn’t come, bathroom was dirty and a mess, and roaches everywhere. highly wouldn’t recommend.

For the cost, it was fine. My door's deadbolt didn't work, so I placed a chair in front of the door. The room wasn't very bright, and it smelled a bit. Other guests played music loudly at 3 a.m. That said, what can one expect for the price? If I wanted the Ritz Carlton, I would have paid for the Ritz Carlton.

I reserved a room for one night at bama inn in Huntsville al when i arrived they sold my room to someone else then i get on expedia and tried to give it a shot to reserve a room once again at bama inn for monday to friday i did reserve the room got e mail and text message confirmation arrived now they said i dont have a room reserved and they dont have a room available this is horrible i will not waste my time to save a little money on them ever again 😡

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS my room was infested with bed bugs I had a severe allergic reaction had to kind of an emergency room and the management ignored me for a full week she completely avoided me didn't give me any kind of refund for my room refusing to pay for my medication kept my belongings locked in the room for 2 weeks and then made me remove them while still having bed bugs in it tell me to go lock it in my car take the bed bugs to my car I guess it didn't give me a discount on the room nothing offered me nothing and I know how scars all up and down my arm from the severe bites and they're still bed bugs in room 221

The worker kept trying to tell me that they had no rooms available even though i had a reservation . she also lied an said that the room i reserved had someone in it already when there wasnt nobody in it at all . after about 20 mins of arguing back an forth she finally checked me into my reserved room .

#1 there was a sign that says you must file a complaint within 15 minutes for a refund (5 minutes to check in was included in the 15 minutes. I complained at 16 minutes) #2 room infested with bugs #3 loitering #4 no tissue, soap was like a pack of mayo #5 linens were not changed just straighten on the bed(filthy) This property should not be offered on Expedia.

Ive actually been here 4 days had to reluctantly book another day. Im eaiting to move in somewhere. Im alone uts very difficult to move all ny things by my self is why i havent went elsewhere i dont drive either. I have felt trapped for one. Since i got here i have been unsble to cone and go as i please. My doir had not wirked the entire time. If i leace i have ti go to the fromt desk and eait for soneone to let me in. The first night i was stuck iut side in the early morning for an hour and a half. I have no key vecause jet card dint wirk im told it just needs new batteries ive continously asked every day for someone to come fix this no one had. I housekeeping had not cone by ny room at all i havent had towels since the first day. I have asked no ine will bring me anything. My toilet is stopped up i even tried plunging it my self i dk what to do no one will help me. The phone in the room doesnt work i cant make a direct call to the front desk. Im beginngi think thats purposeful. The wifi is the worst it rarely connects if at all it doesnt ladt long. Theres way roo much going on here i ferl like im stuck i only lesve niw to pay for this nightmare so i know ill gey back in when i guve them money they dont deserve also the the top latch on the door is vroken so i dont have that extra security if so eine tries to cone in. It rakes a lit of efgort to even open the door and to close it where it cant be opened by just being pushed. Random ppl knock on my door adk to use bathroom
