My room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. My room was 2 queen bed with kitchenette. Safeway just a 1 mn away. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Super close to the University. Staff is super friendly. They also are pet friendly. So my GSD was able to stay with me.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Never had any problems with the free breakfast. Most hotels will stop restocking fresh food 15 mins before it shuts down, never experienced that here.
The rooms are large and so much room available for tucking your things away and my partner and I both had plenty of room to work on our laptops.

Check in time was. We arrived at 3. We didn't get into our room until 6:30. We had a concert to go to at 7:30. The girl at the front desk was rude. We asked since we have to sit here for so long can they at least comp us something to eat or drink. Her response was there is stuff you can buy in the cooler.

We had a great stay. Staff was so friendly and attentive. The gym was great. Breakfast was great. Just pleasant.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. The management (without consulting me) "Upgraded" to a room with ONE bed. The lady at the counter did all she could, but the manager stated I should just use the pullout sofa. The REASON for this? The manager sold all the 2 bed rooms to a tournament and deleted my room, replacing it with a single bed room. NOT COOL

I absolutely loved the fact that the rooms are full suites! The kitchen and walk in shower are amazing touches and I'll definitely be staying there again when I visit next.

Really nice hotel. Was here for a work trip with family. The pool was great for the kids. The room was spacious and clean. Some signs of general wear but nothing out of what would be expected

I loved the saline pool and the staff was very nice. Very convenient location as well. I do feel like the building needs some updating but overall a great stay!

This was part of a longer trip. Love the spacious room, comfortable bed, and mini kitchen. Staff was great, and the breakfast was excellent. Perfect for our family.

I found a covid mask balled up in my bed sheet in the foot of our bed. Gross! Didn’t change the sheets!

As always, the staff was fantastic. More than helpful whenever we needed anything. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. The musty odor in the room had to be addressed by actually getting air fresheners from the store and placing them on the AC unit. Additionally, the couch had multiple holes and the paint above the shower in the bathroom was chipping off and in desperate need of touch up. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times without issue prior, but this time a room certainly didn't meet up to expected standards.

The first room we got had disgusting stains in four parts of the carpet and on the couch. We didn’t walk barefoot in the room. They moved us to another room after I went through third degree from the front desk as to why I didn’t report this the night before. Next room the window remote was missing so instead of fixing it they put a sign up that said “window broken.” The place is GROSS! Find somewhere else

Nice room, pet friendly, good amenities. Door was hard to lock when leaving, blood on sheet near pillow, and garbage can in dishwasher. Front desk person offered not even an apology.

Centrally located to every where we wanted to go. The staff was outstanding! Melanie, Gabby and Phoenix were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. We especially liked that the main doors were always locked and could only be accessed by a room key or by the people at the front desj.

The stay was great. Stayed for a concert and checked in a couple days before. Phoenix was so kind and pleasant during our check in. The staff overall were friendly and the room was great.close proximity to many cool restaurants and niche groceries.

Loved the location. The hotel was newer and really clean. The room was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

The property was very noisy in the evening, we could hear street noise and had problems sleeping due to the neighbor snoring.

Needed to boil water so they delivered an induction heating unit pot to my room, which allowed me to make tea.

Your staff is among the best I’ve experienced. Nicole, Phoenix, Robert and the guy that works audit (I’m sorry I don’t k on his name). They are extraordinary in every way. I have run hotels my whole life and wish they could work for me!

Staff was very friendly. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Area around is a bit dirty and seems to be a hangout area (near the bus depot) for homeless people.

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very attentive. Free breakfast was better than expected with omelettes and hot breakfast sandwiches. Would absolutely recommend!
