The staff here are the best! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Poppy. She was above and beyond helping a stranger new to Chiang Mai and to Thailand. The people here make all the difference in a great stay.

This hotel is closer to Central Festival Shopping centre, which I think it is very popular for local and international travellers. The breakfast is good. it is mordern signed hotel, only around 30 rooms but each room faces the river. It is great experience.

What a fantastic breakfast. One of a kind!
The service was extraordinary and help was there instantly.
This hotel didn’t have a lot of rooms so it felt so calm and clean.
So if you love to be surprised by good food or standard, well here you go! Enjoy.

Superb stay, the room and facilities were excellent. the best thing about the hotel are the staff who were brilliant from start to finish.

The hotel is architecturally striking, but the same level of thought should have gone into the rooms, where furniture is sparse and closet space is minimal. The staff is all lovely, but inexperienced (especially in the restaurant) and most of them speak little English. All in all thought we had a lovely stay.

We stayed only 1 night here (our last in Chiang Mai and of our trip to Thailand ) and could not be more pleased with the quiet, clean, peaceful setting. The roof top pool is beautiful with lovely sunset views and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure and did not want to leave !

Great hotel just outside Old City walls, but close walking distance to some cool restaurants/bars on the river. Tuk Tuk away from anywhere for $3-4 too!

Cost performance is very good.Location is not so good ,but complementary transfer to Chiangmai city center is convenient.

Everything is good! Staffs, restaurant, pool... But the air conditioner needs to clean the filter as it is a bit smelly. Better if they have aroma diffuser at room.

Never before have I actually met a general manager at a hotel.
This place makes you feel like family.

Although tiny ants kept coming out from the wooden furniture, the management took care of it with best effort. The location is good to seclude yourselves in the pool and hotel, but you can always use grab to the old town or riverside restauranrs with good views. Oh, the restaurant is run by a Michellin star winner chef.

Beautiful property right on the river and from the moment you arrive you are well taken care of. The service is almost over the top (in a good way!). Definitely enjoyed breakfast looking out at the river in the morning. Would highly suggest to friends and family!

Loved everything about this hotel! Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the reception staff. We stayed four nights at the river view suite, it was very spacious, including the bathroom. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the lawn and river. The restaurant Oxygen is nicely decorated, dinner was Thai-French fusion and tasty. For activities, there is free kayak rental for kayaking on the Ping River. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

Must dine in the Oxygen Dining Room, a fabulous experience

Property is beautiful and serene with lovely river views. The devil is in the details and for a 5 star hotel misses the mark especially when it came to service.

Very friendly & well-trained staff, they know what a loyal guest want without making any request. The resort is nice & clean, with a spacious bathroom and a capsule coffee maker in room. The best part is they have a very personalized-welcome to a loyal guest, very impressed.

Place is extraordinary. The red delight is a delight for sure. Pick up and staff fantastic from first experience. Breakfast, pool and gym great. Room huge and with everything we needed for a chill away from home. The staff, led by Ewan, was fantastic and helpful. And he personally makes the effort to come and engage with guests over breakfast. We had three days of good steers from him on where to go and three great days out on the back of that advice. Don’t miss the trip to Doi Inthanon. Really good. And do the walk.
Our one moderate experience was with the restaurant on our last night. It was super expensive and whilst the food was obviously prepared with a degree of skill and care, it was all a bit same-y and non-wow. Michelin starred restaurant should have been better. We had the most comprehensive 3,500B tasting menu and it was, well, ordinary. And I spoke to the chef the previous night and told him we were coming and he promised to look after us. Usually chef comes out and engages but not this one. I think it was left to a number 2 and it was his night off after the big party of French guys the previous evening. So I’m summary, will definitely come back to the hotel, restaurant will have to do better, which is a pity as the setting and potential is extraordinary.

This resort is a sea of tranquility. It’s intimate, so you’re not surrounded by the hubbub of activities. Service is impeccable, our every need was catered to, even providing the opportunity to wash up in the fitness room showers before heading off to our flight. The resort is not near the center of town, but a free shuttle is provided. The restaurant onsite is excellent, so you can just cocoon up here and not go anywhere if you choose.

Hotel was well appointed and set in a beautiful location.
Restaurant was trying to be Michelin style which was not needed and did not work because there were obviously not the skills to achieve and the results did not serve the needs of the guests.

That was our first time in Chaing Mai, We travelled to Thailand to celebrate our Honeymoon and We had a wonderful welcome to the Hotel, the Stuff, Managment and the Food were exceptional. Everyone were friendly, caring, even the Chef made sure we were satisfied with our meals, which were amazingly creative and delicious.
The design of the Hotel and the view of the river at breakfast and at evenings added a lot of pleasure to our visit.
Thank you so much for giving us such an amazing memories of Chaing Mai we would recommend your Hotel at any time.
Sincerely,

We were among the first guests to stay at this brand new hotel as we arrived on its opening day. That being said, parts of the hotel were not yet completed, there was still some construction going on, so we didn't get the full experience, but the staff certainly did their best to make our stay extremely memorable.
The hotel has a beautiful tucked away setting on the side of the Ping River. It is not in the hottest parts of town which makes it a nice, quiet sanctuary, but it is quite easy and convenient to get anywhere.
The Michelin Star restaurant Oxygen was delightful. Of course, the food was excellent but it is really the staff that make it worth it. Dinner in the best restaurant in the world can be ruined if the staff and service are disappointing. The team here was friendly and attentive and really made us feel welcome (despite having to work 16 hours a day).
Overall, the hotel itself is without any fault but the staff are what makes it really shine. From the welcome, to housekeeping, to the pool bar, to the concierge, bell team and front desk team, to the same Oxygen staff that greet you for breakfast in the morning and serve you dinner before bidding you good night, to Ewan, the hotel manager who asks you about your day every day, this team is the best in the world and I have never felt more welcome.
