Just stayed one night . The room was big and clean. Newer room. Nice shampoo and soap. You can hear airplanes fly but it did not bother me. Breakfast was plenty but was down there 7:30 am on weekend. Sign up for shuttle to airport— nice service.

Our stay was interrupted by a less than responsive airport shuttle service. We asked the front desk personally for a shuttle from the airport to hotel for 9 pm. We were told that we must call when we arrive at the pickup point. So, we called at 8:50 for shuttle pickup from the designated spot. The shuttle did not arrive until 9:40 after two additional calls to the hotel front desk and texting with corporate. This is unacceptable.

We booked 3 rooms, we were in town for a wedding reception. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Being so close to the airport, you do hear planes flying over but it didn’t disturb our sleep. I would stay here again.

Parking was confusing with construction and had to pay 10$/ day. Very close to international terminal, can hear all planes taking off. Clean, updated, nice staff.

I never write reviews.. I live with disappointment quietly. However… understand I have stayed at the property in front of this hotel (western). Where the lobby smelled like weed, and decorated with black garbage bags, manned by people that were rude and unprofessional. This trip I booked the Holiday Inn Express directly behind it. And BOY was I ever so pleased that I did… clean! Safe! Smelled good! Great front desk! No issues! Beautiful quiet modern room… Great breakfast! Don’t waste money at the Ihopu… they are gross. I stayed an extra day because it was so nice. Compliments to the manager, staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff! Close to the airport and absurdly nice. I have found my hotel when I travel to Atlanta

Exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff was so very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was very fresh, hot, and replenished regularly. The facility looks new. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The parking lot was safe and easily accessible. Walking distance to various food options. The staff were so welcoming! I highly recommend this property. We will definitely choose to stsy here in the future. Thank you all for a great experience.

We loved that this property was easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was extremely quiet and close to everything we needed. No traffic congestion was an added plus!

We needed a hotel to crash between flights and chose HI. We got in very late (ie close to 01:00) due to flight delays to used Uber to get to HI. The man in the lobby was kind and helpful. The only negative aspect to this review is that, upon entering the suite, it smelled of cleaning chemicals. Other than that, our room #222 w/ 2 queen was superb. Comfy mattresses and good linens. Bathroom perfectly clean. Great shower, and useful with dispensers for shampoo/soap. Breakfast starts at 06:00 which worked great. It was a very good breakfast; broad selection and fresh. Far better than can be seen elsewhere. Airport shuttle starts very early (4am?), so worked great when needing it at 06:30. The driver was super friendly and played great music for us. Thanks HI and the front desk person and driver. You made it a great end to our trip.

Had a long layover and decided to get a room instead of waiting 12 hours at the airport. Happy I did so! Easy and quick check-in process, and conveniently close to the airport. Facilities are great. Rooms are modern and clean. Solid breakfast.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, they were professional, courteous, and friendly. The hotel was clean and welcoming and breakfast was great. The tricky part was getting to the hotel at night. We drove around in circles but realized the gates were for both hotel properties. We were disturbed by other guest staying next to us both nights but the hotel staff handled our complaint appropriately! Thank you for a Great stay. We look forward to seeing you again!

It started with my wife wanting to clean the chair before I sat down. Yuck, 2 small poop streaks. Then I decided to look for bed bugs. I found dirty sheets and my comforter had stained blood. I didn't complain because it looked like it would only stress me more. Do yourself a favor and please don't stay here.

Do not ever stay at this hotel. The staff is disgusting and unprofessional and that’s just putting it plainly. Will be following up with their corporate management. Had a horrible experience at this hotel and was only there for a couple of hours. Followed up with management and was not able to get any help or situation resolved. But, I am not surprised.

We were only there over night. The actual hotel was really nice as was the guy who checked us out. We arrived at the airport at 9pm on an international flight. I called for to inform the hotel when our flight would be coming in and was told to call when we made it to baggage claim. I then called at baggage claim and was told to call when we made it to ground spot 9-13 which is on the domestic side which we didn’t realize. Finally made it to that area called again and was told the same thing to which I said we are. Shuttle picked us up. Lady at check in was very curt and impatient with us. Room was dated even though lobby area was beautiful. I am not sure I would stay here again due to the employee working front desk/answering the phone.

The staff are very friendly, courteous & welcoming. They really care about your stay with them. The breakfast is awesome. The property is very, very clean. The cleaning staff do an excellent job on cleaning the rooms daily.
