After arriving very late, we weren’t able to experience everything the hotel has to offer. And, sadly, the pool was closed in the morning which was 95% of why we chose this hotel.

The air conditioning was out on the sixth floor. They claimed to be sold out and would not change rooms. I also booked a king bed and they said that all they had was a room with 2 beds. Even the fan portion of the air conditioner would not blow the hot air around. The front desk said that the compressor was being repaired or replaced so beware of this hotel. I am not sure if I was placed in this room because I was booked through Expedia or not but I will never book a room at this hotel again. They did have maintenance bring me an industrial strength fan to blow the hot air around. I just find it odd that the temp was about 70 degrees in the hallway just outside of my room and 75 degrees plus in my room. I got about 2 hours of sleep due to sweating all night. It’s a nice and newer looking hotel in appearance.

Our stay here is always great! The hotel is clean and up to expectations. The staff, in the entire hotel, is friendly and always goes above and beyond. Most importantly, there is always security in the parking area. This is our go to hotel!

We came to support our daughter that is on the dance line at Fort Valley state University as they participated in the HBCU culture battle of the bands at the State Farm Arena. My family stayed over night and it was wonderful, the breakfast was superb, not the usual continental breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had our worst ever hotel experience here. Because of flight delays our 12 AM arrival ended up being a 3 AM arrival.We were exhausted and ready for some sleep. We had booked 2 nights so that we could sleep in and catch an evening connecting flight he following day. Imagine our surprise when we learned that there was no longer any booking as they had overbooked and deleted our stay. We called Hotels.com and they booked us another room nearby at the Hilton Garden Inn at 4 AM. However when we called the place to confirm, they informed us that check in was at 3 PM and they would not honor this reservation. This is when we learned about the daily audit , a dead zone in the wee hours of the day that make it near impossible to find a room. The previous day is tallied and a new day doesn't begin until afternoon check in the following day. We placed about ten frantic calls all saying the same thing until someone finally sympathized and allowed us to check in at 5 AM. Hotels.com eventually refunded us for both days. What an education in corporate ruthlessness. It was a nightmare experience for us. The desk clerk at Embassy was magnificent in helping us sort out this impossible experience. I had never heard of a hotel just dropping a reservation between the floorboards like this when it becomes more convenient and profitable for them to just delete us. No notification. Nothing. Just a terrible experience.

Everything was great with the Hotel, the AC was kinda difficult to manage, but I figured it out.
Breakfast was awesome.
My only problem was with the Parking.
Nothing special with the parking but I had to
Pay $20. A day.
But I wasn’t told that when I booked.

We stayed three nights. Checkin and checkout very welcomingand fast. Room was spotless and specious. It had a large desk perfect for two people to sit and get some work done. Loved the layout of the room, the separation of living and bedroom was perfect.
Bathroom big enough to share for two people at the same time.
Breakfast was wonderful, Yolanda at the fresh prep station was so sweet and welcoming. I love it that they use fresh eggs and also egg whites. The service team were constantly around to refill and make sure that its was clean all around.
The lobby is gorgeous and the bar is well stocked.
Gym is small, but functional enough to get a good workout done. Please maybe more Yoga matts.
The pool area was very nice, but the water was freezing..but Iam from Florida so somebody else might not get bothered by it.
Parking was not included, which is the only thing that gets a small negative point and public parking can be tricky. But we made a great deal with our room and vs other hotels, the nightly rate of 22$ was still somewhat ok.
All in all I can see myself staying again in this property when in the ATL area.

The room suite was very clean, finishing almost flawless especially the bathroom. No mildew , no rough edges around the sink or tiles. The TV sets in the room are large. Comfortable modern funiture. Breakfast was very good. Eggs , tasty sausages, waffles, cooked to order eggs. What more can you ask for.
The only complaint I have is there was no showergel in the shower gel container. Just conditioner and shampoo available. Also the reading lights beside the bed were not working. The hotel minimart can also improve on their snack choices. Frozen pizza would be nice. The bland frozen dinner available was tasteless.

Our stay was amazing. Rooms were clean. Staff was great! The complimentary evening reception and the morning breakfast were SO good! Hotel is newer and well kept.

I booked while driving InA road trip with my family. It’s $190 per room plus $20 per day for parking. That parking fee was not listed anywhere and they charged my fully when I arrived at midnight and left the next morning. They said they would keep part of the deposit. I’ll was surprised by that and for over $200 it was a ratchet stay. I called customer service twice to let them know I was arriving late and requested the couch bed to be made with bedding and extra pillows. Last time I had stayed there was not any sheets on the pullout couch and we were scrambling after a ten hour drive to make our own bed. I called twice to ask them to have it ready to avoid that scamrble and stress at midnight . To no avail….. there was no note as promised on my account - I ended up waiting an hour in the middle of the night to get bedding for the pullout couch and we ended up making our own bed after a ten hour drive. They didn’t care - they just said no note and wouldn’t even waive the ridiculous parking or anything.

It was close to the airport which was what we wanted. Shower door didn’t stay closed, we had to put a washcloth in the track to keep it closed and the worst part was there was no shower gel in the container that was attached on the wall. We were overcharged at dinner. Not the usual nice stay at Embassy.

Overall very nice. I’d stay again. And PLEASE give a big raise to the chef and cook in the breakfast dining area. One of the BEST breakfast meals we’ve ever had at a hotel. The egg omelette was amazing.

I’ve stayed at the older Embassy Suites & found them to be just ok. This modern location ifar exceeded my expectations. It was clean, very close to the airport, staff was friendly & surprisingly has really good food. I highly recommend this location.

Very nice facility. Staff was great except for room service knocking on my door at 9:30 AM and wanting to clean. I arrived at 2AM and needed sleep. They should know who checked out and who hasn’t.

Leslie, Anthony one of the managers and rest of the front desk staff are wonderful! My only issue is that the older gentleman that works the bar is rude, and the person that makes the omelets is not nice at all! If you ask for more veggies or anything more he gets very upset! It really makes you not want to even have breakfast there. Other then that this is a very nice and clean hotel. The rest of the staff is very friendly, it is a pleasure to stay there.

This is a newer property conveniently located just south of Atlanta. I didn’t like that the Hotel charges an additional $20 for self parking on top of the already above average cost for the stay.

Our flight got canceled, so we booked this room last minute. We arrived, greeted by pleasant staff and checked in smoothly. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Will recommend and stay again.

While supposedly part of the “ Hospitality industry “ ; check in was not the best . The front desk clerk was robotic , disinterested and emotionless- would have preferred a kiosk and could have achieved the same result. The remainder of the hotel and stay was fine . Clean , spacious , modern and quiet. The neighborhood is industrial but felt overall safe. Very convenient to the airport
