We stayed for 2 nights. Like the hotel. Space is good for 3 ppl. Location is good. Walking distance to get shuttle bus to go to both airports with carry-on luggage.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and highly recommend it .
The staff are very nice and helpful. They also speak fluent English. They helped me make some restaurant reservations before I checked in, of course under some conditions. This is a huge plus because it is not that easy to make reservation without a Japanese phone number.
The room is clean and comfy. Free bath salts are provided. And you can make it to your favourite scent.
There is a supermarket which open 24/7 right near the hotel. There are more selections of item and they are cheaper, so it is much better than a convenience store.
The location of this hotel is not perfect. There are some metro stations nearby but you will need to walk around 4-8 mins to get there. Though this is not a problem to me.

Hamacho Hotel is surrounded by two supermarkets (one opening 24/7), one convenient store, and multiple eateries. It’s only four minutes walk to Tokyo City Airport Shuttle Bus Terminal, the cheapest and fastest way to and from Narita and Haneda airports. The hotel room is a bit small but their bed is the best and the most comfortable during my 24-day trip around Japan. The lounge/restaurant serves beautiful and tasty New Year Day special breakfast. The hotel staff is polite and helpful.

The room is very small but clean. There is a 24-hr supermarket across from the hotel which is convenient for hotel guests. The closest train station is 6 minutes walk. The airport bus to Narita and Haneda is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is not in the tourist area so it's quiet but not many choices for dining. Overall it's a good place to stay for a few days.

Such a beautiful and modern property easily accessible to other parts of Tokyo. Great to walk around and has the most lovely bakery right next door. Stayed twice during my trip to Tokyo because it was so lovely. I will definitely be back when I come to Japan.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner we had at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was so lovely, there’s lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. As well as being walking distance from various stations and lines. The hotel staff are also very nice and kind enough to book us a taxi to the airport.

The area is quiet, but there are convenient stores and a 24-hour supermarket nearby as well as good eateries. The hotel itself is great and the staff are friendly and helpful!

Comfortable and clean hotel with lots of food around and accessible to 2 different train stations.

Super clean and comfortable, fantastic room. Friendly and helpful reception, great suggestions for nearby food, shops and activities. Very close to the airport limousine terminal, for the most convenient way to get to and from either airport. Would definitely recommend anyone considering to stay here.

Staff were very welcoming. Beautiful hotel. Really enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful room, good use of space, loved the shower and the bed so comfortable. Staff friendly. In a quieter part of Tokyo but easy access to many neighbourhoods via subway.
Lovely little cafes right next door.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff; restaurant in Hotel serves good food at a reasonable price; metro subway close by and free circular bus to Tokyo Station etc.; limousine bus service to Haneda or Narita airports at Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT) at 15 minutes walking distance.

Staff are friendly. Hotel is very modern and new. Location is ok. 10-15 min walking distance to the nearest metro station. Aside from this, everything else is perfect.

We loved this hotel. It was beautiful and fun! The staff were extremely kind and helpful. A huge thank you to Mai that helped us book all of our dining reservations in the month prior to arriving.

Hamacho was a really nice little quaint neighbourhood that one can get a better taste of living as a local vs say areas like Shibuya/Shinjuku.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and modern to stay in. Structural design was one of the nicest I've seen for a boutique hotel in Japan. Upon check-in during evening hours, the hotel even prepares a section for guests to personalise their own scent pouches.
I have to commend their housekeeping staff for noticing the most subtle of cues during our stay. They saw that we had kids' shoes and they left behind bedroom slippers and children amenities for us. I've never even seen this done in other branded hotels so this was a real notch above the rest.
I'd gladly recommend this hotel to all guests looking to explore a different part of Tokyo.

Hotel was great! Location a little far from everything but I did like that it was close to the T-CAT able to take the airport limousine pretty easy.

Really liked the location of this hotel as it wasn’t as hectic as other parts of Tokyo. Pretty close to the subway and easy to order a Uber from. Very clean and spacious room with nice views of the street to give you a modern feel. Only draw back was one of the branches on the trees outside kept scratching the window making a screeching sound. Overall great place to stay

Tiny room (but that is standard for Tokyo), it was really comfortable though! I loved the quiet location. The staff were awesome! Would definitely stay here again!!

Amenities was great. I loved the terrace room. A little pricier than usual but I would pay again for the premium room and space. Staff service was great as what you would expect from Japan standards.
But the cleanliness I believe due to terrace rooms not often being the main choice for people to book, it's a little dustier than I would expect and there was a roach the 1st night I stayed. Got rid of it and did not see another again for the rest of the 4 days.
Place was convenient to stations especially for families using strollers. Suitengumae station has a lift access just 600meters away from the hotel. There is another access on the other side if you don't need the lift access and want to explore nihonbashi area with many food options.
Supermarket directly opposite the hotel for your daily needs and there is also a laundromat on 4th floor with a vending machine for your daily morning coffee.
Came to Japan many times before and this is by far one of the best hotels me and my wife have stayed in. We have agreed to make this our regular hotel for future visits in Tokyo.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in Tokyo. On our last day on the way to the airport, one of our SIM cards went missing. The hotel concierge lady we talked to about this problem went above and beyond. Not only was the SIM card almost impossible to find since it was so small, it was packaged away inside multiple zip lock bags. She found it while we were waiting for our shuttle and ran from the hotel to the shuttle station as we were about to board it. It felt so surreal, like something out of a movie. What incredible service. Something I'll never forget

Very nice modern and elegant hotel. Small rooms as with most hotels in Tokyo. The location was not very good for us as it is always a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station and there is not much locally in terms of restaurants, bars or sights. Taking a walk next to the river is nice though. The breakfast was one of the worst we have ever had in a hotel, not just small but also bad quality. Stale drip coffee, cheap juices, no fresh fruit, soggy bread… I would highly advise against getting breakfast here.

The hotel itself was OK, and very clean. The rooms were small. The shower and toilet were excellent. The restaurant was excellent. Most of the employees at the front desk were friendly, except for a tall, middle aged man who managed the front desk at night. He needs customer service training. He was consistently rude to me and others. He did not smile or say hello or thank you. I asked him a small favor that any other hotel would gladly provide; and he frowned and said “no!” I would not recommend this hotel for travelers to Tokyo because of this man’s poor behavior. I was very disappointed at his bad attitude.

Beautiful hotel and reception. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable.
Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the greenery (plants) throughout the hotel. A lovely stay. I would recommend it.

Overall really nice stay.
The service was excellent and the hotel was very modern. However, if possible choose a room at one of the floors. The traffic is very loud, so we woke up several times during the night.

My stay was pretty nice, I will say that the room was a bit smaller than what I initially thought. But it was enough for myself. The bathroom was pretty small so if you are someone tall it might not be too comfortable. I had a double room. The walls that were about two feet off the ground was pretty scratched up by other people. Other than some cosmetic things it was a very comfortable stay.

A nice hotel at a quiet and safe location. There are several subway lines within 10-minute walking distance, and great restaurants nearby, with a 24hr supermarket right across the street. Just one down-side was that ants started to appear in the room, but the staff members were very professional and prepared a new room for us immediately.

I can very much recommend this clean, friendly and very well equipped hotel for business trips.
As I stayed quite long I missed not having any cupboards to store my things. However, this was made up with some additional unexpected additions like a water boiler, an air purifier, house coats and amenities.
