A newer building that is very nice. The room was large and the housekeeping was great. Everything was great as far as we were concerned. Tru is at the top of our list for our next trip.

Hotels was convenient located right off the highway I-70. Check in and out was simple and easy. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent. no complaints. Will visit again...

Clean hotel, very modern looking. Website said laundry services were at hotel. Incorrect. Front desk clerk referred us to a laundromat 15 minutes away. Which was extremely inconvenient. In search, we found one 2 miles away. Extremely frustrating.

In town visiting family and working. Recently moved from Huber to NC. I never had any reasons to stay at the hotel when it was built so I was happy to see how nice this place is in my home city. Clean, comfy, friendly staff. Food was good. Anyone visiting, great location.

First things first, the hospitality was top notch. We were greeted with a smile and informed of all things Tru. We were impressed with the goodie bag, cleanliness and comfort. After we settled Angel followed up with a call to make sure everything was up to our standards. She should train all staff as her hospitality made me want to stay another night.

Booked a night here as a midway stop on a long holiday drive. Staff was beyond friendly, rooms were clean, and the beds oh so comfy. Loved that they had food available for purchase at the front desk and constant coffee/tea. We didn't need it this stay, but often arrive at hotels when it's too late to get dinner. Wish the dog fee was a bit less, but still happy they let dogs in.

Exceptional service with all staff who interacted with us. Nice building, very clean. Only issue was noise from I70 on the south side of the building which is beyond control of the facility.

Nice, clean hotel. Free appetizer at local restaurant if you show your key card. Right on I-70 so it was a little noisy trying to sleep. Shower was leaking and no coffee pot in the room. Breakfast wasn't the greatest either. Overall, not too bad.

Got in after midnight, tired from the drive. Upon arrival walked into the lobby no one at the desk. Tried to do the self check in service, but the site wouldn’t load, called the number couldn’t get through. That was close to a half hour. Finally the employee came out to the lobby. I said I was here for check in, was going to leave it at that. She was rude from there on out like I inconvenienced her. The rooms are top tier, and clean. The road noise though is pretty brutal as well, would recommend the non highway side.

I loved the entire staff. I use a cane. Everyone went out of their way to help me. The desk staff, greeted us like we were family. The place is so clean and they accepted our cats with open arms. The only complaint was the broken coffee machine and I know it wasn’t anyone’s fault. I will return!

My 1day stay was awesome, everywhere was clean,staff friendly, room well cleaned,breakfast ok,gym clean, plenty of parking. It's a new hotel and i hope they keep up the great work.
