We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had not stayed here before. The room was not fancy but it was clean. The bed was comfortable. We had plenty of towels without having to ask. The customer service was good. We would definitely stay here again!!

It was excellent! Everything we wanted to buy and see was close. Great Laundry Machines! Never eat breakfast and cook our own meals and everything worked well for our needs. Definitely will stay again if in Dallas 🤗

I usually don't give reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. The beds were comfy. The room was spacious. No issues. Great job to the staff on the maintenance and cleanliness. The only con noted was we did not see an elevator and may be an issue for anyone with a disability.

Simple property and clean rooms. Bring your own toiletries. Nice staff. They let us extend our check out time without a problem. The motel has a gas station and liquor store right next to it and a shopping area including Walmart very close by.

Honestly pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was for the price. The room was spotless and had a really nice shower, nice furniture, comfortable bed, vinyl plank flooring. I really liked the real fridge and freezer and the fact that there was even a toaster! The staff was pleasant and check-in was super quick and easy. Recommend for the price and easy access to the interstate when traveling!

From the call to when I left, the staff was very helpful and the fact it was pet friendly was great! The room was spacious and clean. I even left my key in my room by accident and they were quick to make me another one ! Great service.

This is usually our go to hotel when we are in Dallas. We were so disappointed this time and will probably not stay there again. When we arrived they gave us a room that had a aluminum tray holding water under the AC. All of our stuff got wet on the floor. We had to throw the water out every few hours. When we first checked in, it says they do house keeping every other day. Not true, we had to ask on the third day to come in a give us new towels and clean the room. Keeping in mind we had to use our towels for the floor. When we came back, they didn't do the bed. Just took out trash and gave us clean towels. After, we found ants EVERYWHERE! I don't know if they mopped or what caused these ants to come in, but they were all over the floors and bed. I went to the front desk and asked what they can do to fix the problem. The man brought us roach and ant spray and expected us to do it ourselves. He said I should've said something to housekeeping earlier. First of all, I didn't see housekeeping and if they wouldve"cleaned the room" I'm pretty sure they would've noticed the ants everywhere. I told him we payed for 6 nights and I refused to sleep with a room full of ants and we needed to be moved. He told me they were sold out, but would see what he can do. He gave us another room but it smelled horrible. It smelled like cigarettes. He said they don't let people smoke but that people sneak them in. I had to ask for fabreze to handle the smell. So disappointed.

For The Most Part . My Stay Was Pretty Decent . The Con To My Stay Was The Key Cards . I Was Given 2 Key Cards But Only One Worked . Then Actually Using The Only Card That Works . It Took The Doors A Couple Tries Before Opening Up . Other Than That . I Have No Complaints .

This place sucks! I’m not sure why it gets such good ratings. Overpriced, room was dirty, very thin walls, bed made out of air no support, a/c didn’t do a good job at cooling or keeping the room cool, crappy shower head with very poor pressure, no shampoo or conditioner or anything of that nature just a tiny bar of soap, and for $90 a night THAT IS RIDICULOUS! The $65 dollar a night roach motels even offer showering supplies. A/c also had a big gap to where bugs could get in my room from outside, there were spiders also, trash in the bin. Stained and dirty walls, light switches, pretty much every surface dirty and unclean, dirty sheets and pillowcases with stains and tears in the material. Confused as to how this is suppose to be a newer and remodeled/renovated hotel. Also a fridge and microwave does not qualify as an extended stay kitchen, that’s just basic hotel amenities.
