We loved it! The service was amazing, the pool was clean and delightful and the rooms were comfortable and tasteful. The included breakfast was very good and had tons of options

A super hotel in the heart of the old town. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. It has a great heritage vibe with a lush pool area. The food at the restaurant is highly recommended. We first found Aksara by stopping in for lunch in Feb 2023 and I was delighted to get a chance to stay there on this visit.

I stayed here with a friend for 4 nights. It was the perfect place to come back to after a long day of excursions and exploring Chiang Mai. The staff were so kind and attentive, and the room was always clean and comfortable. The staff helped us by holding our luggage when we arrived early and before our flight, and made great thai massage and restaurant recommendations. The hotel pool is a lovely oasis and the breakfast buffet had many great options of fresh local fruit, thai cuisine and western options. One of my favorite hitel stays ever, I will recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

an Oasis of calm from the hecticness of chiangmai. Loved the decor and the vibe the space provides. Staff are extremely nice and attentive. Beer served was not cold :-( but other than that great place to stay for your holiday.

This boutique hotel in Chiangmai old town is excellent in more ways than one. It’s a stylish building with well decorated public areas and spacious, comfortable rooms. Their staff are very friendly and helpful.

My family satisfied everything of this hotel except toilet smell. when flushing poop smells coming out from toilet even after pee.

The room needs a full length mirror and cupboard space, two weeks living out of your suitcase is a pain.
Breakfast is just ok, catered more for the Asian taste than Western but I understand why.

4 star quality for a 3 star hotel. Lovely attentive staff and spacious beautiful room. The area around the hotel is bustling and safe with many shops and eating options. Very satisfied with my stay and would stay again

Quieter than they deserve for obvious reasons, although understandably popular with holidaying Thais at the weekend. Excellent breakfast buffet. A special mention to their receptionist, Kansiri, for regular and v helpful communications during the booking process.
